The Space:

Find authentic upscale living at this gorgeous third-floor condo! Gulf views and refreshing breezes await you out on your private balcony, while the complex itself has a long list of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Whip up quick beach snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table with seating for four, and relax and watch TV in your cozy and colorful living area. The shared pools (two outdoor and one indoor) and fitness center allow you to get some exercise in, while the shared hot tub and sauna let you relax, even when you're not on the beach.



This condo is located in Crystal Towers, just a short drive from several local attractions and an even shorter walk to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Cross the air-conditioned sky bridge to reach Gulf Shores Public Beach and spend your vacation sunbathing, swimming, surfing, and much more. The heart of Gulf Shores is just a half-mile away, home to several attractions, including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and Tiki's Mini Golf. And two miles east lies Gulf State Park, a scenic oceanfront park with lakes, bike rentals, and gorgeous walking trails.



THINGS TO KNOW

Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.

Such a great place! 10/10 would recommend. Have stayed in Gulf shores multiple times but no ther place has beat this place! Looking forward to staying again!

Bldg and facilities nice. Our condo lacked basics: no ice, broken guest room tv, and a clogged shower. Staff arrived quickly to fix it and she was a pro!

Loved our stay!

The check in process was a breeze. The room and facility were so clean and exactly as pictured. We were far enough away from the main crowd that it felt very family friendly and safe. Loved having the option of the indoor pool for when it got chilly. Definitely will stay again.

The location is amazing! You walk through an air conditioned tunnel and are right at the pool and beach. No lugging heavy loads across sand. We loved it

Master suite bed was broken and made a terrible noise every time you got in and out of it. Cob webs around the ceiling fans and oveall could use a good deep cleaning and paint job. Other issue was with the beach/pool access… the door at street level was broken so the only access was through the second level pedestrian bridge. Were told it would be taken care of but no one repaired the latch and other guests said it was like that long before we got there. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but its a long walk out of the way to use the bridge especially if you have beach gear.

Spring break

It was a very nice clean condo. However, the toaster oven the first day started to catch the food on fire and the toaster did the same thing. I he tub in the first bathroom would never drain.

Nice view unacceptable elevators

The unit was clean. However carpet in bedrooms had spots and the gray color just was not clean looking. The same was true with area rug in living space. The engineered flooring was very clean. Otherwise it was the usual with rentals with nicks and scrapes and marks on baseboards and door and door frames. Main bathroom one sink had a bad crack. Towel bar in main bathroom was coming off wall. Did not use kitchen or laundry so have no comments. Most all of the decorative pillows had seams coming apart with stuffing hanging out. Biggest inconvenience was the elevators. Very slow and only one was working. Made it extremely insufficient with morning checkouts. Our rate was very good for the space and short stay we had. Had to rate communication with property manager however we did not have any communication.

Would not recommend

I was very displeased upon arrival. There was a smushed piece of food on the floor. Otherwise, the floors looked spot cleaned & not vacuumed or mopped. There was no dish towel available NOR wash cloths. There also wasn’t any sheets for the sofa bed. When we pulled the sofa bed out there was only a yellow foam mat to sleep on. The condo was junky with extra decor and lamps shoved in the guest closet. The air started struggling and not cooling about half way through our trip. They sent someone out the next day that was super nice but in the meantime we changed the air filter; it was WAY past due for changing and the door to the air conditioner closet was disgustingly dusty. Prior to our trip I emailed via the Vacasa app about a crockpot in the kitchen and never received a response. I hate to rate badly but I can’t say I’d ever stay here again.
