First-floor apartment with two bedrooms (75 m²)

Our ground-floor vacation rental, with 75 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child under 3 years old. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, a complete set of dishes, and a dishwasher. The living-dining area includes a dining table, sofa, satellite TV, and radio. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The large 24-square-meter sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Please note that pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person per day is payable on-site. For guests aged 01.01.2024, the visitor’s tax is 3.00 EUR per person per day.
