The condo was very nice and accommodated our group of 7 (4 adults, & 3 kids). It is a wonderful location and the kids loved the pool. The only issue we had was there were only 7 bath towels provided in the condo. There were no hand towels, wash cloths or bath rugs. After several requests we finally got them 2 days before the end of our stay. By that time we had already went and purchased our own. We would definitely stay again but make sure and provide our own towels.

Thank you, Amber, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that the condo was a great fit for your group and that the kids enjoyed the pool. It’s wonderful to know you found the location to your liking. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the towels. It’s clear that we fell short in providing the full range of linens you needed during your stay, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience that caused. We strive for consistency and comfort, and we’ll make sure to address this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’re glad to hear you’d consider staying with us again. If you do, we’ll be here to make your next visit even better. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Avari.

We had a great stay! This rental is super roomy with nice touches throughout. The only thing I would change would be the window treatments in the master bedroom. It lets too much light in during the early morning hours.

Last minute booking, overall a great stay

A/C unit was very sluggish and the lower floor rooms were significantly hotter for most of the day. The view of the beach/water is almost non existent. Parking was tricky, especially for 2 larger suvs. For the price and last minute booking, definitely worth the trip. Location was great!

We apologize for the issues you encountered that kept you from fully enjoying your visit. Our notes indicate that the home was inspected prior to your arrival, and no issues were reported at that time. Our local manager addressed the housekeeping team and left a message with the HOA regarding pests. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the pool was great! The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We didn't realize that the bedrooms would all be a floor above the living area. One of our group had a hard time with that, but that's okay. I just wish we had realized it earlier. It might have been in the description and I just missed it. The only problem was that the floors were sticky and we couldn't find a mop.

Space is great, but was not comfortable due to hvac and sheets.

Location and spacing/rooms are nice. No where in the listing did it mention stairs inside the condo, had an elder who had a hard time walking up and down the steep stairs. Also, HVAC is terribly messed up. We stayed in Feb and froze on the main level, and it was unbearably hot upstairs in the bedrooms. Tried to adjust the vents, but it did not help much. Sheets and towels were very rough too.

We are glad that you enjoyed our home's space and that its location served you well. That said, we're disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We shared your comments with the local manager who assured us they have requested that the description be updated. Additionally, the HVAC is in good working order and a hair dryer has been added to the home. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to host you again.

Vacasa

This property was managed by Vacasa and this being my 20 year at this property it was without question the worst experience. The Condo was very nice however the local Vacasa rep was AWFUL!! We were unable to get into our property until 4:45. The rep accused me of lying after I told her the cleaning crew arrived late and 3 additional workers were dispatched to speed up the cleaning process. She was looking at pictures on a PC while I’m on sight watching them go in to clean. Regardless of how nice or inexpensive my next property will be, if it is managed by Vacasa we will not be staying there.

Overall the house was fine! We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the home so that was our biggest issue. There were multiple stains on the comforters of the bed, the bed frames were dirty as well. The walls of the bunk beds were also very smudged. The bathroom fixtures needed fixing also. The sink faucet was loose, the bathtub drain didn’t work. When the bathtub water was running the shower also had to be on. The entry was difficult at times with the door getting stuck or keypad being difficult.

Haley, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. It’s great to hear that you found the house overall fine, but we’re truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered. We strive to maintain high standards, and it sounds like we fell short during your stay. Your feedback about the comforters, bed frames, and bathroom fixtures is invaluable, and we will address these concerns with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a better experience for future guests. We also understand how frustrating it can be when entry is difficult, and we will look into that as well. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide you with a more comfortable stay in the future.

This was a great place to stay. Beach access and pool. I didn’t realize there were stairs to go up to get in and stairs to the bedrooms. The main room downstairs didn’t really feel cool except when you came in from outside. We also ended up needing a toilet plunger (which we didn’t get). This is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It’s also not far from great attractions.
