Thank you for your review. My unit at Sunchase is just steps from the beach. There are blinds on all of the windows. I have found that draperies do no work well at the beach. They hold too much dust and cooking smells. I prefer blinds that can be dusted and cleaned.

We understand that having to climb stairs is not ideal with a bad knee, and we will work with our team to better explain the stairs as well as the pool situation in the listing information.
