The Space:

A beachfront paradise awaits at this marvelous, family-friendly condo with direct beach access! Located on the second floor, you and your loved ones can admire unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the nearby beach from your private balcony. This balcony has been furnished with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining area for four. This air-conditioned home away from home boasts a sunny, coastal-themed open floor plan. The living area features an inviting L-shaped sofa, two chairs, and a smart TV with cable. Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze as you snuggle up on the sofa while streaming a favorite series. The adjoining dining table seats six people comfortably and you can find three extra chairs at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher for quick and easy post-meal clean-up.



The main bedroom offers beautiful Gulf views, direct access to the balcony, a Smart TV, and a spacious en suite bath with a jetted tub, standalone shower, and double vanity. Bedroom 2 is as private as the main bedroom and also has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Very nice, close to the beach, close to restaurants. Overall very good. We did have a toilet issue which was fixed quickly. We also had some cleaning issues. Also, there is no sofabed in the living room. It's a sofa.
