The Space:

You and your guests couldn't ask for a better Gulf view than the one you'll see from your wraparound balcony at this corner condo in Romar Beach. This bright and beachy rental also features a cozy, sunlit living area, a spacious dining area, and an open and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. On-site, guests will enjoy access to a wide variety of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sundeck, and a dry sauna.



Visiting golfers will want to check out the courses at Craft Farms and the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, both located within 12 miles of this rental. For shopping, dining, and live entertainment, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Wharf, just six miles away, or SanRoc Cay Marina, less than three miles up the coast. And if you want to get out on the water, arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your vacation rental.

Loved the condo. Great location. The kitchen was stocked better than any property we've stayed. It was very clean and very comfortable. The pictures are spot on. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent Condo

Beautiful and spacious corner condo, minus the construction happening to the building property. We will definitely be back to see the progress! Great area to bring kids and family. More than what we expected!

This condo has a great view! It's a corner unit with wrap around balcony. Access to balcony from each of 3 bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Had everything we needed. Would recommend. Pool is nice. Easy beach access. Nice complex.

Great location with beautiful beach view

We spent Thanksgiving week at Summer House in Orange Beach. The complex is very clean with easy parking and located near shopping and restaurants. Our unit was on the 11th floor with gorgeous unobstructed views up and down the beach. We watched dolphins play in the Gulf from our balcony. The unit was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We have stayed in this unit before and would differently come back.

Beautiful condo and views

The condo and views were amazing. Couple of suggestions. Dining table only seats 4, which isn’t enough for a 3-bedroom condo. Plus two of the seats are stools, not chairs and are very uncomfortable. Also need to provide more plastic ware. Only 2 plastic cups and no plastic dishes. We typically use plastic on the tiled balcony and to take to the pool.

Better than expected

It was a beautiful condo, right on the beach. Probably the best view on orange beach, as you could see all the way down the beach on both sides. Balcony was large enough for everyone to gather for coffee/breakfast in the mornings. The condo had all new furniture and was redecorated since the photos were taken. We almost thought we checked into the wrong unit. Everything was perfect. Only issue I had was in the master bathroom there was a recessed light in the shower and the facade wasn’t on it, exposing the bulb and some wiring in the ceiling and that concerned me. Other than that it was a great vacation rental. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely corner view condo.

It is a beautiful condo. Loved the light coloring and updated master bath. Corner balcony was great and accommodated the whole family while sitting out there. Construction to the building was a bit crazy at times, but we knew ahead of time. Good access to the beach. Pool was nice and always clean. Stove/oven combo probably needs to be replaced. Oven took over 45 minutes to preheat. We adjusted and made sure all came out on time. Refrigerator was not working first night. We unplugged and it reset. Overall it was a very nice and fun place to stay!
