The Space:

Welcome to Tidewater! This intimate Gulf-front condo sits on the beach and offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious floor plan, and a private balcony attached to the primary bedroom from where you can enjoy the view. On-site amenities include a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, grilling area, and private beach boardwalk.



Looking for adventure? Head to Alabama’s Gulf State Park for a day of fishing, hiking, and beautiful scenic views, only two miles away. Craft Farms and Peninsula Golf Courses await less than 15 miles from your front door for those looking to play a few rounds. Just three miles away, Orange Beach Marina offers fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersports equipment rentals. And when you get hungry, popular restaurants are within three miles of this complex.

This condo allows monthly reservations from November 1st through March 15th



The Tidewater property will be under construction due to balcony repairs 9/24/26-1/01/27. Guest can expect the outdoor pool to be closed during this period along with some construction noise during normal business hours.

Visit was great. The room was even nicer in person. The pool was nice. The access to the beach is long but plenty of space to lay out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has old appliances but it all worked once we went back and relearned knobs and switches from digital displays. The bathtubs were a little strange with the tub faucet and shower faucet separate and on different areas of the tub but we figured it out and they got warm quickly. Only negatives would be the ice maker is fairly useless (but you can buy ice near the pool), the red light on the outdoor porch was not very effective, and the cart area was roach infested so we had roaches get in when we hauled our stuff up (none after the first night). Also the tv remote in the living room didn't work so we somehow got the tv on but had to unplug to turn off. The indoor pool is stupid hot. Think their A/C was busted. But the outdoor pool and beach were plenty for our group. The location is nice too. About a mile from publix and walmart and plenty of restraunts and places to go that weren't far. Overall I'd rate it a 9/10 with just those minor complaints keeping it from being perfect. Had a great time celebrating our friends birthday and getting a nice long weekend to relax and get away

The access to the beach can feel like a trek, but it sounds like you made the most of it with plenty of space to relax. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen appliances and the unique setup of the bathtubs. It’s great to know you figured everything out, but we’ll certainly take a closer look at the ice maker and the TV remote to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the issue with the cart area; that’s not the kind of welcome we want for our guests. It’s fantastic that you enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beach, and we’re glad the location worked well for your group.
