The Space:

Sugar-white sand and emerald waters await downstairs at Ocean House II 2602, a Gulf-front condo with incredible views from its private balcony.



This light-filled condo has a comfortable elegance about it, offering central air-conditioning, cool tile floors, and furnishings in soft shades of blue and white. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and new dishwasher and range, an adjacent dining space, and an inviting living room with ample seating, a TV, and glass doors that lead outside to the Gulf-front balcony. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and TVs in both bedrooms.



Ocean House is a beachfront property with a large, seasonal, zero-entry outdoor pool, a small kiddie pool, and a grilling area for you to enjoy. In this wonderfully central part of Gulf Shores, you'll be two miles west of Gulf State Park and only one mile from Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of popular restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlors, activities, and attractions.

Good spot for a short vacation stay.

The beach front balcony was the best part with plenty of seating. The unit was clean and adequately stocked for a vacation spot. Just wish the bedding was a bit softer. Overall pleasant stay.

Amazing condo!I was diagnosed with extensive stage for small cell lung cancer last july and my husband and i were unable to celebrate our honeymoon and or wedding anniversary. We decided that after i got through chemo immunotherapy and radiation if i was feeling better that we will plan a trip to the gulf shores of alabama. I searched and searched for months online until i found the perfect place and i can say that it was actually perfect. This condo was clean had everything you needed to cook use the dishwasher, towels, and all the amenities needed right there in one place. It had everything that anyone could ever need on a vacation. The balcony was amazing to wake up to everyday and then settle down with a dinner on it also. The sunrise was beautiful also from the balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone i have it saved in my file so that when we return to the golf shores we will be renting this condo again. Very spacious bright and airy. Thank you to vacasa for an incredible view and clean place to stay. We will be back. Also one more no it was very peaceful.

The condo was in a great location for walking to restaurants. The balcony was large with great views on the beach. The building had 2 walkways to the beach with 6 outdoor showers. Large outdoor pool to enjoy as well. The condo itself provided enough space for 2 of us. The condo needs some deep cleaning and some updates. Vents and ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them. Looks like mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom. Fridge was leaking water on to the floor. Toilets are made for petite people. Shower pressure very aggressive. Thin walls and windows so we could hear everything. Tv remote did not work in main bedroom.

Too many noises.

We were aware that the buildings we’re going through renovations, but, if we would have known what actually was going on we would not have stayed there. Parking was a challenge because there were so many construction vehicles, etc. in the parking lot. Couldn’t find anyone to get a parking pass. Very stressful that I almost started crying. My husband finally found a telephone number to call. Door was unlocked when we arrived and a bottle of water was on the table. Floor was dirty and furnishing were dusty. They did have a nice girl come in to wash it. Construction noises throughout our stay. Drilling, pounding and constant beeping of heavy construction equipment outside. Patio was very dirty too. No hot tub that was advertised. Could only use half of the pool. Good points were the view, nice microwave and furniture & bed were comfortable enough. Again, if we would have understood the under construction more we would not have stayed here.
