Sunny Delight



The Space:

Enjoy breathtaking beach views from the living area with wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer stunning views of the Gulf, complemented by beautiful design and balconies. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials for preparing meals.



All six bedrooms are beachfront, with five offering direct balcony access and private bathrooms. Relax with one of the eight smart TVs with streaming, including a YouTube TV subscription with over 100 channels.



The large covered main deck provides a perfect escape from the sun with ample seating and tables, ideal for meals or relaxing outdoors. An upper-level open deck invites sunbathing and panoramic views. The home also includes two built-in Weber charcoal grills, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool and beach toys (bring your own beach towels).



Located on the quiet end of West Beach, away from the crowds, Sunny Delight is your perfect Gulf Shores getaway, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning scenery.

2023 Family beach trip

We loved the house. It fit our needs very well. Was an easy process to reserve. Don’t necessarily like the late 4pm check in. 2-3 pm would be better.

Beach Haven/Heaven

Easy rental process. Everything was as advertised in the listing. House is almost at the end of Beach Blvd (right before a gated community. Lots of private beach space. Lots of beach chairs, camp chairs and beach toys was an added unadvertised plus. Pool was great way to get out of the sun. We will be back.

Pool and location a plus

The private pool and location are what we loved most about this place. As far as cleanliness, there was dust in various places and rings around several sinks. There were also no bath mats and low quality towels. We went during a time where the property was at lower rate per night but I would not pay more than $300 a night for this place unless it was upgraded significantly.

We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and they made us wait till 4, which we thought was tacky since it was ready. We did love the house though and had plenty of rooms. Maybe need more kitchen linens as there was only one kitchen towel.

Could be 5* but not

Location is awesome, house set up is awesome, rooms with bathrooms attached, awesome. Issue with the bathrooms leaking. Handyman sent out but the leak wasn't fixed. The cleaning service needs to be changed. The floors weren't swept, dog food was in the carpet upstairs. The front step broke as we walked in and the windows leaked in the den. None of those issues prevented us from enjoying our time. If the maintenance is completed I would consider renting again because the location is so good.

That said, we apologize for the areas you found in need of some TLC and we shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that a plumber has repaired the toilet and the front steps have recently been replaced with engineered planning and a property check did not find any broken steps. The window leak was addressed recently but the homeowner is having a contractor go back to the home to assess it and we thank you for your feedback. Please know you could have contacted us for any missed cleaning details as our team would have been happy to remedy your concerns. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Everything was great almost

Everything was great. Lots of beach toys in closet downstairs. Complaints: beds were uncomfortable. It was like being at camp. We even had to go out and buy mattress pads to stand sleeping in these old creaky beds for the week. That was the worst part. If they update the beds, I’d give it 5 stars. No trash bags or dish soap. We bought some. Not the end of the world. Had a charcoal grill not a gas grill as advertised. No big deal. Besides that everything was great. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans ect… the view from the deck of the gulf was amazing. Short walk to essentially a private beach. Could’ve used a boardwalk but wasn’t too terrible walking over the small dune on edge of beach. Elevator was very convenient for a couple family members who have stair issues. We had a great experience it’s just those dang beds. Awful.
