Wake up every single day to unparalleled bay views from your private balcony and start your day off on the right foot! Nothing beats a waterfront breakfast. Speaking of food, the fully-equipped kitchen features all the cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. You can choose to dine indoors or with a view in the outdoor dining area on the balcony. Step mealtime up a notch using the gas grill available there. Then, when it's time to relax, you and your group can gather around the flatscreen TV for some digital entertainment while one of the five ceiling fans keep you all cool. Right by the TV is a convenient minibar that will surely change the mood of the evening. Refreshing afternoons await at the shared outdoor pool or infinity, and if you're traveling with kids, you can take them to the children's pool or lazy river for a fun-filled time. Great Stay! So clean.

We came to stay at the Wharf for our daughters cheer competition. The condo was so clean and provided everything we could have needed. We will def contact again in the future.

Very roomy and great location

We had a great time, the only thing that needs to be fixed is the front door. You have to slam it to lock it. Make sure when you stay here always check the door. Other than that it was great!! Very clean, beds were very comfortable!! Would stay again!

Comfortable condo and great location.

The property is nice. Dinner time is a little busy but there weren't any loud noises after the Lazer lights show was over storms 430.

The property is in a great location and is a nice place. My opinion is Vrbo should require management group to have coffee and tea there. Also there were no spices such as salt and pepper. Most places that I stay have some condiments at least. Things that don’t go bad can be left and used by the next rental. The dining table had very flimsy chairs, my customer sat in one and it went straight to the ground. Luckily he wasn’t hurt

Ceiling fan on balcony had broken blade—ice maker on frig lever was broke and ice continuously poured from door—needed more utensils to cook with—black mold inside upper area of ice maker under counter. —overall, we did enjoy our stay and look forward to booking again.

Lacking

The condo is nice & of course has a beautiful view of the water. It was however lacking in some necessities like there was no coverlet/bedspread on Master bed, no hand towels in any of bathrooms, no bath Matt’s to step on out of shower, no oven mitts in kitchen to get food out of oven and the bathroom sinks did not drain well at all. The light bulb above master shower was burned out. All of these things should have been seen when it was cleaned prior to arrival. I called Vacasa to request hand towels, bath mats, oven mitt, and bedspread/blanket. When they finally arrived there were still no oven mitts or hand towels. I ended up going to buy some

Never heard from host. Has trouble getting in code didn’t work wasted one n half hours trying to get in. Second bedroom shower could not adjust temperatures. Scalding hot. ButVery cleanGreat location

Great condo!

Very nice condo with wonderful views. The room was outstanding and very convenient for shops and restaurants. The light show with music was so much fun. We had a wonderful time!!

Comfortable space

Very roomy and comfortable. A few things were broken, but didn't affect our stay. It was clean and looked as pictured except for the couch.

A nice place to stay

Easy booking, the Wharf concert was rain delayed and it was nice waiting in the condo. Really enjoyed the Oasis water park fun. It took us over an hour finding garage access. A map would have been so helpful. First morning with no coffee was painful!! Coffee, salt and pepper are cheap and would be nice. Everything looked cleaned but all of our feet were black from walking on the floors Everyone made jokes about it and kept showing their dirty feet. The floors and baseboards need attention. We would book again, suggestions to improve service only.

Needs work

The sofa in the picture is not the sofa that is actually in the unit. The sofa in the unit is maybe 14 inches wide if that and extremes hard and uncomfortable. We had to put screws back in on the ceiling fan blades out on the balcony and still feared it would fall on us it was so rusty and wobbly. Lid on trash can wouldn’t stay closed so you have to put something on it to hold it down. The 2 showers we used both had mildew stains in the grout as well as on the shower heads. The mattresses were extremely firm. Overall the unit needs a good scrubbing and cleaning. And if you want a peaceful balcony to sit on, this is not it as you get all the traffic noise coming across the bridge.

4th of July Fun

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday to attend a concert. Great location got to listen to the concert twice and the warm up twice! The condo was great.

Spring vacation

It was a very nice property. Plenty of room for three couples. Nice view of the water and marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants right there ten minutes to the beach .

Beautiful property

The condo was in a nice location with plenty of activities for everyone!! My mom and I really enjoyed having breakfast and lunch out on the balcony overlooking the marina. The only complaints we had were concerning the cleanliness…there was mildew/ mold in two of our showers, the palm tree in the master bedroom was extremely dusty, the carpet needed to be shampooed and the kitchen chair coverings needed to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that the property was nice and in a excellent location.

Great Condo!

Kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms great size! Plenty of room for 6 adults. spent a lot of time on the balcony. Enjoyed the property. Didn’t get use of pool as it was too cold but did last visit. I would return again to same condo and resort.
