The Space:

Take the elevator up to Tradewinds #1204 for far more than just incredible beach views from the private, furnished balcony. Inside, this Orange Beach rental features a bright and sunny living area, and a full, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. On-site, guests will also have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, a picnic area, and a boardwalk out to the adjacent beach. This condo also welcomes groups and invites visiting snowbirds to book monthly stays starting as early as October!



The family-friendly Adventure Island, home of mini-golf, go-karts, kiddie rides, and more, sits right on the other side of Perdido Beach Boulevard. Just three miles up the coast, discover restaurants, shops, and a full-service marina at SanRoc Cay Marina. And for outdoor adventures, set off on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, located just two miles west.

Perfect condo! Not a long walk to the beach. Very quiet. Nice beds. Nice layout. Clean and nicely decorated. Condo is located in the perfect spot to everything. We had a great time!

Great place

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. We loved having the balcony with the ocean view. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was warm and used several days. Im sure we will be back again next year.

Beautiful views and accommodations

Very nice accommodations and beautiful beachy decor. Loved the bunk bed option for the 2 year old and 10 year old plus the twin bed for an extra person. No one had to sleep on the pull out!

Tranquil and Serene

Beautiful views, just as advertised. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach. The property was well stocked with all the necessities. The property manager was responsive to an elevator issue and the problem was promptly resolved. I would rent here again.

Good, clean condo with Excellent waterfront location

Great location and clean condo. Loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves. Could use another comfy chair in living room. Very easy access with code on door. Had issues with elevators.

June 3-7, 2023 This is my 5th time staying at this condo. And just like the others this unit did not disappoint. On the beach. Great area with gas, stores , and plenty of food close by. Highly recommended. Clean unit with a great host!

This was a great condo with a excellent view , the only issue we had is the fold out couch bed was in very poor condition with broken springs but overall it was a very nice condo in a good location

Was a little over priced for the condition of the condo. Cloth furniture needs a good cleaning. Rugs need a good cleaning, too.

Perfect for beach time

We were so pleased with the proximity to the beach! It was also a relatively quiet stretch of beach, we never had trouble finding a spot. One of the elevators was out of order which was a bit inconvenient since this unit is on the 12th floor. We took the stairs a few times, but if you avoid check in/out times it’s not so bad. The unit was nicely furnished, very comfortable and clean. Door code access made check in and out a breeze.
