The Space:

There is no better location than being just across the street from the beach - this home provides a prime location within walking distance of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and also access to a seasonal firepit, resort-style pool, and cabanas. You will love being located steps from the beach, local restaurants and entertainment, and a short driving distance to all Orange Beach has to offer.



This gorgeous two-story home provides a tranquil and breezy vacation home with air conditioning throughout, modern furnishings, and smart TVs. Come back home to spread out comfortably in the sunny living room - prepare a delicious snack on the go in the well-equipped kitchen and stream your favorite series on the smart TV there. The immaculate, open kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. And there is ample seating for all of your guests either at the dining table or kitchen island.



The first level of the home hosts two bedrooms - one of them being the primary suite. Enjoy a huge smart TV and a pristine en suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and an exquisite soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs along with a bunk room that will be ideal for the kiddos!

The house itself was great—clean, new, well laid out, and very nice overall. Once we got inside, we were happy with the property.Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating. We were supposed to receive the entry code at 3:00 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in, but nothing was sent. After multiple calls and emails, confusion about my reservation, and being told to pay a balance that was already paid, we did not receive the code until 4:50 PM and got in around 4:55 PM. The floors were still wet when we arrived, so it appeared housekeeping had just finished. I was also charged additional times in error.I understand mistakes happen, but better communication would have made a big difference. A late checkout request was denied despite the delayed check-in, which was disappointing.Overall, the home was excellent, but the poor communication and management experience would make me hesitant to book again.

I was really looking forward to staying at this beautiful home with my family. This was the first time I was bringing my mother, aunts, and cousins to the beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, so we were very excited about this trip.Upon arrival, the home was beautiful and the pictures matched the listing almost exactly. The property was decorated very tastefully, and the location was absolutely prime.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues throughout our stay. From the beginning, we had ongoing problems with the internet. I reached out to the property manager, and they provided an internet password, but the connection issues continued for the duration of our stay. Because of this, the TVs upstairs would not connect, and we were unable to use them properly.We also had concerns about the cleanliness of the property. There was trash found underneath the bunk beds on the top floor, and overall the house could have used a more thorough wiping down and dusting before our arrival.Another major concern was the stove. Several of the eyes on the stove would not light properly. You could hear the burners clicking, but the pilot would not ignite, which caused a noticeable gas smell throughout the house. We actually had to air the home out because of it, which was concerning and felt like a serious safety risk.We have stayed in this area before in another home and absolutely love the location, so we do plan to return to the area in the future.
