We’re excited to welcome you to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The third bedroom is not fully enclosed but is set apart in its own dedicated space near the entrance.

Rest easy in a 2 queen-size bed with a premium foam mattress. This room includes a 45” HDR Smart TV with Netflix, a spacious walk-in closet



Bedroom 2

Perfect for families or groups, this bedroom offers 2 Full size bunk beds with plush foam mattresses, a walk-in closet

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Features a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a vanity with mirror.

Kitchen & Dining

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and cooking essentials. Glassware, silverware, pots, and pans are all provided for your convenience.



Your comfort and safety are our priority, with thorough cleaning completed after every stay. We look forward to welcoming you to this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment—make yourself at home!



Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and dining space. You’ll also have full use of the building amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, and complimentary parking. Self check-in is provided for a seamless, contact-free arrival, and guests are welcome to use all appliances, electronics, and kitchen essentials available in the home.



Garage parking is free of charge. Vehicles must be registered every 24hrs to avoid towing. Please note that only one vehicle is permitted per reservation.



Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a cleaning fee based on the duration of your stay:

• $35 per pet, per night for stays of 1–4 nights

• $250 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights

• $400 per pet for stays of 30+ nights

Please obtain approval before booking to prevent any complications.



🪪 Guest Verification

To ensure safety and compliance, all guests must complete verification before arrival. Requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID

• Confirmation of contact details

• Completion of a secure online verification form

• A background check, if requested



All information collected is strictly for verification purposes and will not be shared beyond this scope.



By confirming your reservation, you agree to:

• Comply with all house and rental policies

• Submit a valid ID prior to check-in

• Complete the verification process within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings)

• Sign a rental agreement detailing the terms of your stay



Failure to complete these steps may result in cancellation.



🔒 Security Information

For guest safety and property protection:

• A noise monitoring device is installed inside the unit to track sound levels only (it does not record conversations).



Additional Note:

The thermostat is set within a comfortable preset range. Temperature adjustments can be made remotely by the host upon request, as direct access is limited.



A $59 Damage Protection Program is applied to each reservation, covering accidental damages up to $150.
