This unit is a duplex and is both sides. You will have access to both 3 bedroom 2 bath units. One is upstairs and one is downstairs.

For our VRBO guests: if you are to cancel, we are unable to refund Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us.
