The property is located in a very active neighborhood, right on commercial road going to Wynwood’s center. It’s a very active neighborhood with a street art and hippie crowd, you can expect to see people walking in the streets, going to the bars or the nightclubs. It’s completely safe, just be aware that it’s an active street of a dynamic and growing neighborhood. It’s not loud but it’s not completely quiet. It’s not crowded but street aren’t totally empty.

The property is victim of its own success. By having such a high demand from large groups, we do have a pretty big turnover. You might encounter some wear and tear such as luggage marks on the walls. The property is completely clean but isn’t a brand new construction as shown on the pictures. It was remodeled, refreshed and decorated recently. If you want a brand new luxury construction, this house isn’t for you, you might find some in the neighborhood which have high chances of being 3 to 4 times more expensive, if not more.
Overall, this house is the perfect fit for large group of young adults or large family gathering which want to take advantage of an amazing location close to Miami Design District, Wynwood, Airport, Miami Beach and benefitting from a great price/BR or price/pers, without expecting a high standard luxury property.

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors


PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.
