The Space:

Design 40 sq/m Loft located in the heart of Palermo Chico, one of the coolest and safest neighborhoods in the city.

The apatment offers a large open kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed with a proper mattres for an extra bed, and a comfy queen bed that can be separated to suit the needs of your group.

There is an AirConditioner for both heat and cold as well as fast and reliable Wifi.

The apartment is located on a first florr accesible by a wide staircase.

There is a large communal terrace that offers some small mini poolts to enjoy the summer and spring breeze, surrounded by green trees.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The Neighborhood:

Palermo Chico is a trendy neighborhood surrounded by amazing and large parks such as the Botanical Garden, the Rosedal and the EcoPark (formerly Zoo of Buenos Aires) just a few meters away from our property. Free parking on the street is permitted as well as many private parking places around the area.

You can also find diverse Shopping Malls for high end and luxury brands in Alto Palermo and Paseo Alcorta.
