Early check-in and late check-out
In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards.

Please kindly note that there is construction activity next to the villa. This work is managed by a neighboring property owner and is beyond our control.

Due to this condition, the villa rate has been adjusted and offered at a special price, which already takes this situation into consideration. As a result, the booking is non-refundable for any potential disturbance related to the construction, as clearly stated in the listing information and acknowledged by the guest prior to confirming the reservation.
