Blue Mountain is a great 4 season resort area, with lots to do for visitors of all ages at any time of year!
*WINTER- skiing and snowboarding are all-time favorites, skating, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling,
*SUMMER- hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golfing (around 10 golf courses in the area)
*FALL- check spectacular fall colors and Apple Pie Trail.
*Choose from many tours, helicopter tours, Hammer adventure tours, fishing tours, and winery/brewery tours being the most popular ones.
Either you walk, or you will need a car, not much of a transportation system here. But taxis are available (Ace Cabs) and Uber as well.
The area has STR licenses and strict municipal noise-bylaws, in effect 24/7.
Hot Tub hours - 7am-11pm
- ALL GUESTS MUST AGREE TO HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
- - - Maximum occupancy is 20 people including adults and children.
- - - Security deposit of $1500 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in
- --All guests must be at least 25 years old (unless it`s a family getaway).
--Smoking is allowed outside ONLY!
- - - 2 nights minimum stay is required - - All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws
- - Once you have made a booking via Airbnb we will contact you and ask you to provide the following : - Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement ) - Once we receive this information we will send you the reservation confirmation that will need to be signed and emailed back (municipal requirement)
- - Other things to Note : - Airbnb will charge you a service fee when you make a booking. This service fee is added to any quotes we have given to you and is displayed when you make your booking.
- - - No additional guests or visitors allowed
- - Pillows, comforters are provided, please bring your own towels and bedding. (can be provided at an extra cost)
- - The use of sub woofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property.)

--We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please clean after your pet otherwise there might be additional cleaning charge. Pets are not to be left unattended.
