GENERAL RULES – CASA EBBA
Reading the house rules is mandatory before booking.
No loud volume, especially after 10 PM.
Only registered guests and visitors (listed on the platform and notified to the host) will be allowed access.
Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
Towels and/or bed linens will be charged if stained by makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
AC units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Only medium to small-sized pets are allowed. For service animals, documentation must be presented.
BUILDING & AMENITIES RULES
All common areas must be respected. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage.
Guests must maintain respectful behavior and actions toward neighbors.
FINES
Violating any rule from either set of regulations may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, fabric spills, or smoking inside the unit: From $1,500 MXN.
Damage to the property: Cost of materials + labor + cost of blocked nights required for repairs.
Lost keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
Lost keys and/or access cards: A standard replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
