Peaceful 3-bedroom house in charming Daphne

While this is our first time to host a rental property, we are very familiar with renting properties from our travels. Our goal is to offer a property that is clean, functional and comfortable with a convenient location for those coming to the area for vacation or work. We love to travel and while visiting with friends in Daphne, we decided to retire here where the pace is slower and less hectic.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. You will feel at home immediately and the neighbors are wonderful and friendly. You can enjoy evening walks or bike rides with little to no traffic and feel completely safe.

Because of the location, you will be within approximately 11 miles to Mobile, 40 miles to Orange Beach, and approximately 25 minutes to Pensacola, Florida (55 miles to Pensacola Beach). Either way, the drive to the beach is convenient and well worth it. The Emerald Coast is the place to be. If you love to shop, Daphne has a mall, there are antique shops and an outlet mall close by. The house is decorated with a coastal/beachy touch which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. If you need a place to stay while in transition from house to house, this property can accommodate you. Or, if you need a place to stay because of work for a few weeks, this would be a great option instead of a hotel. Come enjoy the great sunsets on Mobile Bay. Fishing, golfing, water sports and hiking are just a few of the activities available. There are many museums as well - the Maritime Museum in Mobile, the USS Alabama in Mobile Bay, and the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola. Dolphin cruises and ferry rides never disappoint. Come make some memories!
