Escape to this newly renovated, 5-acre retreat nestled against the Ozark National Forest. Between Ozone & Clarksville, this private, pet friendly getaway offers comfortable living with modern amenities, inviting indoor spaces & endless outdoor space. The ranch house offers high ceilings in the open concept living room kitchen area great for gathering. In the living room, you'll find comfortable, reclining couches and a 65" smart tv and high speed internet. The fully stocked kitchen has new appliances, including a dishwasher, a 12 cup coffee maker and a large table for eating or playing games. The walk-in pantry offers lots of storage space. The laundry area includes a washer/dryer combo unit as well as additional storage.
Three bedrooms provide restful privacy, each have queen beds, dressers, mirrors, nightstands with lamps & charging ports, ceiling fans, closets for storage and 43" smart TVs.
The big, bright bathroom has an extra-large shower and a tankless hot water heater means never having to wait to shower. The vanity offers space, a large mirror and a variety of lighting. The linen closet is stocked with towels, washcloths, beach towels, a hair dryer and a First Aid Kit. The house offers plenty of closet space & storage. Step outside to an expansive, covered deck with couches, chairs, tables & gas grill for gathering, grilling & eating and a relaxing, 7-person hot tub. Enjoy a large yard, a firepit, cornhole boards, a pond & loads of parking space for trucks, trailers, ATV's, boats, etc. Nearby access to hiking, biking, ATV exploration, boating, fishing, canoeing & kayaking. Only 10 miles from Lake Ludwig, it's public beaches and excellent fishing. A short drive away, you'll find Grumpy's Burger Barn, the Historic Oark Cafe, Haw Creek Falls, The Glory Hole, the scenic Pig Trail, Mount Nebo, High Bank Twin Falls, the Ozark Highland Trails and many other popular destinations. Adventure by day, unwind under the stars by night-nature and comfort perfectly combined.

This is a very clean property with modern appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and an amazing back porch. The pictures don't capture its beauty.If the weather is good, you can sip coffee while listening to nature, or play music through the Bluetooth speakers while soaking in the hot tub, or just chill around the fire pit.If the weather is less desirable, there are four smart TVs so everyone can watch something they like, or play games around the kitchen table.There is a lake 20 minutes away for swimming, fishing, and hiking.

The cabin was the perfect getaway! My husband and I came for an off road adventure and found amazing sights close by and trailered to several more. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the trails was amazing! The large covered porch, grill and firepit made being a drive from restaurants worth cooking! Not to mention having a kitchen with everything you need. We will be back!

This bungalow in Ozone, Arkansas was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect romantic getaway for my wife and me.... private, peaceful, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery Arkansas has to offer.One of the things we loved most was being able to roll right out of the driveway and onto miles of scenic trails and country roads. We spent our days exploring waterfalls, creeks, mountain views, and the incredible beauty of the Ozark National Forest. After a full day of adventure, coming back to soak in the jacuzzi and relax by the fire pit under the stars was absolutely perfect.The bungalow itself was exceptionally well designed and thoughtfully equipped. It was clear that the owners truly understand what makes a stay comfortable and memorable. Every detail had been considered, from the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home to the outstanding grill and all the little creature comforts that made us feel instantly at home.This place offers the perfect combination of adventure, comfort, privacy, and romance. Whether you're looking for an outdoor getaway or a special place to reconnect as a couple, this bungalow is an absolute gem. We made some wonderful memories here and will definitely be coming back.

We spent 7 days here. This place is a awesome place to spend your time in the Ozark Mountians. The house is very clean a nicely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host has put a lot of thought into making your stay a great experience. 3 comfortable bedrooms, bath and open living area. New appliances. The back covered porch is the best with comfortable furniture and a hot tub to enjoy after a long day of hiking, riding sxs, or site seeing. The back porch also has a ramp/ bridge for unloading luggage and coolers, food, making the in and out easier. Down the road at Ozark Ridge Campground you can rent a sxs and explore the area. You won't be disappointed. We will differently be coming back.
