There is a small, separate-access basement storage area used by housekeeping for supplies; they may access that storage area only as needed. They will not enter the home or any guest spaces (including the basement suite). I’m available by message during your stay for anything you need—recommendations, directions, or quick questions. With self check-in, you’ll have full privacy and independence. 👥 Guest Count Your reservation must match the number of people staying. Jersey City requires all guests to be registered—no unlisted visitors. 🚗 Parking You’ll have 1 free driveway spot. If you have a second car, you may park on the street directly in front of the driveway (blocking only your own access). Please don’t block the sidewalk or our neighbor’s driveway—violations may result in fines or towing. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property—inside or outside (porch, deck, driveway). No exceptions. 🔇 Quiet Hours This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise low, especially after 9 PM. 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is only guaranteed if you book the night before—but we’ll accommodate when we can. 🧳 Luggage Storage Need to stash bags before check-in or after checkout? Let us know in advance and we’ll set it up. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Please place trash in the black bin and recycling in the green bin in the driveway. You may see our waste service taking bins to the curb and returning them on collection days. 🚿 Hot Water Note The home has a residential 50-gallon hot water tank with strong water pressure. For larger groups, showers should be staggered—multiple back-to-back showers can temporarily use up hot water (standard for residential homes).
