Appartement vaste, propre, bien rénové, bien équipé et très bien situé, avec parking sécurisé. Seul bémol, télévision ne fonctionnant pas à notre arrivée. Après la venue d un employé le lundi, nous avons attendu un technicien toute la semaine en vain. Cuisine pas entièrement nettoyée par le locataire précédent, dommage

Appartement idéalement placé et très bien équipé

L’appartement est très bien équipé et situé idéalement en plein cœur de ville mais au calme car sur cour. 2 bémols : - la terrasse difficile à utiliser car sur le parking de l’immeuble et sans clôture (ni avec le voisin) - les lits en mezzanine sont très difficile d’accès (hauteur de la mezzanine environ 1 mètre) L’agence est t’es sérieuse. Rappel quelques jours avant l’arrivée. Mise à dispo des clés au plus tôt le jour de l’arrivée et excellent état de propreté (raté!)
