The detached holiday home, renovated in 2021, is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular also due to the view of the mountains from the property and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Drganja sela, 284 m ASL. The holiday home is situated on an 88 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 10 m). Private parking on the street near the house.
