Looking forward to your vacation with peace and quiet await you in our holiday apartment on a wonderful south-facing slope in the climatic health resort of Hauzenberg-Raßreuth.

Designed for up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults!), The following rooms are available on 64 m² of living space: a bedroom with two single beds, which of course can also be put together, a living room with a fold-away bed (double bed), a comfortable couch corner, Screen with satellite reception, high chair, and a dining area for 6 guests, a small chamber with 2 bunk beds for children and a bathroom. The furnished (seasonal) terrace offers an unobstructed view of Hauzenberg and the Staffelberg and when the weather is clear you can also see the Alps.
In our apartment you have free
W-LAN, best location and it is very suitable for families.

You can use the heated swimming pool (seasonal), indoor pool and sauna free of charge. The WIFI is also free. In a few minutes walk you can comfortably reach the Freudensee with an adventure playground via a hiking trail (approx. 500 m), which is ideal for swimming in summer and ice skating in winter. Toboggan possibility at the house.

Additional costs - are paid directly on location.

- For bed linen a fee of 5.- € per person is required.
- Towels can be booked optionally, the set (bath towel, towel) costs 6.- € per person.
- The dog fee is 5.- € per day.

- We are a non-smoking household. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. -

It is only a few kilometers to Austria or the Czech Republic, where, in addition to the attractions of the Bavarian Forest, there are many other excursion destinations. The beautiful three-river city of Passau can be reached in 15 minutes by car and is always worth a visit.
