Escape to an urban oasis in the heart of Kalorama Triangle in this spacious condo. Enjoy historic charm + modern comfort with a bright, two-floor layout and open living area—steps from great dining, parks, and Metro access, plus Rock Creek Park and the Zoo nearby. Great for business travelers, couples, and small families. (Parking note: street parking is tough/limited—please message me before booking if parking is important.)

The space
Business-travel ready, but ideal for leisure too. You’ll sleep comfortably with flexible sleeping setup:

Bedroom 1: primary bedroom

Bedroom 2: full-size sofa bed (best for teens/young adults)

Deck safety: Please be mindful of having more than three people on the deck at the same time.

Urban noise: Expect typical city noise (cars/trucks/motorcycles, sidewalk activity). This is not a quiet location.

No parties/loud noise: Close-knit community; loud noise and parties are not allowed.

Walk-up building: No elevator. The unit is on upper floors with steep stairs (not suitable for guests who cannot comfortably use stairs).

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the best “live like a local” pockets of DC—vibrant but still residential. You’re steps from excellent restaurants and cafés, close to multiple Metro/bus options, and minutes from Rock Creek Park for runs or walks. It’s an ideal base for exploring DC because you can get to the Mall and major museums easily, but you can also enjoy the city’s everyday rhythm right outside the door.
