We are Blanca and Miguel, the hosts of Casa Magnolia. We fell in love with this historic 1900 Alquería and decided to bring it back to life as a place where people can slow down, connect with nature and share meaningful moments.

Casa Magnolia is located in the peaceful countryside of Alzira, surrounded by traditional orange groves and Mediterranean landscapes. It’s a quiet and authentic area where you can truly disconnect, enjoy nature and experience the slower rhythm of rural Valencia.

Casa Magnolia is a historic 1900 Alquería carefully restored to preserve its original character while offering modern comfort. Surrounded by orange groves and Mediterranean gardens, the estate provides a peaceful and private setting that feels far from the noise of the city.

One of the most special features of the property is its bicentennial magnolia tree, which gives the house its name and has become the heart of the gardens. It creates a unique atmosphere and a beautiful place to gather, relax or simply enjoy the shade of a tree that has been part of this land for over 200 years.

The estate offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, including large living areas, gardens and a private pool, making it ideal for families and groups of friends traveling together.

Casa Magnolia can host up to 21 guests in spring, summer and autumn, and up to 15 guests in winter, offering a unique setting to relax, celebrate and experience the authentic Mediterranean countryside near Valencia. 🌿
