There were eight of us in our group for a father-son golf at nearby Conklin and Endwell golf courses. The host was terrific with her communications and the house was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location for Binghamton University! Big bedrooms, big kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay


You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen and the inviting dining area, perfect for relaxation and gathering. The property also boasts two well-appointed ensuite bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom, as well as a charming back deck with a large backyard where you can unwind at your leisure.

Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi throughout the home. Within a quick 5-10 minute drive, you’ll find a variety of fantastic restaurants and taverns, including Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s, and the Pour House, all favorites of mine.

For leisurely activities, a beautiful golf course is just minutes away, and the exciting Tioga Downs Casino is only a short 25-minute drive. You`ll also have easy access to vibrant neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, and Vestal, making this central location a perfect hub. Plus, Syracuse is just about a 60-minute drive. This home is conveniently located only one turn away from Route 17 access.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
