While the overall ambiance of the place was quite pleasant and offered a comfortable stay, my experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the maintenance staff. The individual who responded to my text message came across as both disrespectful and sarcastic, which was disappointing. I raised several concerns, including the issue of a dirty floor, but, regrettably, no one came to address this problem. Despite my requests, nobody showed up to clean it.I also requested a manager to call me to discuss these issues, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. It’s truly unfortunate that this is the level of customer service provided by your team. I strongly believe that you should consider making changes to ensure a more professional service.
