I created Auryka as a space where design, nature, and tranquility exist in harmony. I love hosting because I enjoy offering guests more than just a place to stay I want them to experience the beauty, peace, and unique energy of Manzanillo in a setting that feels intimate, elevated, and memorable. Every detail of the property was chosen to create a sense of calm, comfort, and connection with the surrounding landscape.

I chose Manzanillo because it is one of the most beautiful and special places in Costa Rica’s South Caribbean. It offers a rare balance of lush tropical nature, beach access, wildlife, and a relaxed Caribbean atmosphere. Being so close to the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge makes this location especially unique, as guests can enjoy unforgettable encounters with sloths, monkeys, toucans, green macaws, and migratory birds while still being within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants.

Auryka is unique because it was designed as a luxury retreat fully inspired by coexistence with nature. Its architecture blends Japanese simplicity with the warmth and soul of the Caribbean, creating a space that feels both refined and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
