Your week at the PGA will be convenient and comfortable in this luxury home. Any closer and you would be on the course! Enjoy a 15-20 minute stroll to Aronimink Golf Course via easy walking trails (0.8 miles) to take in all of the thrills for the 2026 PGA Championship.

Welcome to our spacious and beautifully maintained 6BR, 5+2.5BA home with over +6,000 sq ft of living space in Newtown Square, PA.

Inside this beautifully appointed 6-bedroom house, guests find a wonderful mix of comfort and space, featuring 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and two memory-foam futons (King and Full). Four bedrooms are en suite with full bathrooms, and the other 2 bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom (Jack and Jill style).

The gourmet kitchen offers a range of conveniences including a speed oven and filtered tap water. There is lots of room to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends in the open kitchen-family room space while catching the latest from the links on the 65" Frame TV.

The lower level (basement) offers additional entertainment space with a mahogany poker table, Frame TV and plush seating area with leather recliners and a large sofa. This area converts to a quiet and private sleeping area with the King sized memory foam sleeper sofa and brand-new full bath.

All beds are memory foam with quality linens. An upstairs laundry room offers access for a quick wash if needed.
