The house is perfect! Spotless, comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts thought of every detail down to the welcome basket, beach supplies and coffee and bar station. The backyard was so cute and cozy. It was great having the pool and bikes. Perfect location to walk to beach, bay, and shops and restaurants. I hope to be back soon!

A Perfect Family Getaway - We'll Definitely Be Back! This house exceeded every expectation for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered — the design is beautiful inside and out, the spaces are genuinely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The amenities are truly top-notch: beds that actually let you sleep, quality linens, fluffy towels in abundance, and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a real meal. What really set this place apart, though, was the collection of games and activities both inside and in the yard — it kept everyone entertained and made the house feel lively and fun rather than just a place to sleep. The location is a dream. Tucked on a quiet street, yet close to great restaurants and with easy beach access — it's the kind of spot where you can decompress completely without sacrificing convenience. And then there's Amanda. She is an exceptional host — responsive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure your stay goes well. Any question we had was answered quickly, which made the whole experience feel effortless. We would return without hesitation. If you're looking for a well-appointed, welcoming home base for a family trip, this is it.
