Was double charged the deposit and resort fees. The room wasn’t clean. Stains on the doors, counters and curtains. Advertised as a family suite but didn’t have enough line to accommodate. Was on the middle level and listened to nothing but running, thumping, and pipes clinking all night. Had a massive puddle in the entry way for 2 days, definitely a safety hazard with kids and at night time. Won’t be staying again.

Room listing is incredibly misleading. The photos show a newly renovated, light and airy aesthetic. In reality many of the rooms have never been renovated. Most have poop brown carpeting in the entire unit. Similar poop brown, old furnishings. And curtains that follow suit - brown lace. Televisions are not smart so the only option is their standard cable as if this is the early 2000s. Listing is managed by a property management company so there is no consistency in who you speak to about issues. We were double charged for the hotel fees and it still has not been resolved.
