"5th bedroom": Under the stairs is a bedroom with a double bed.

Two marble kitchens fully equipped for cooking, grilling and baking. One BBQ gas grill and one Gravity Series® XT Digital Charcoal BBQ & Smoker (XXL).
Indoor fireplaces on both floors.

Big garden with outside furniture, bench swing, hammock and a very big trampoline during summer. Globber trike 4in1, Xtend smarTrike scooter, normal scooter, electric scooter, 3 adult bikes, one with a "kids ride shotgun" attached to it and a 16” kids bike with helper tires. Sleds for all ages available during winter.

Children: kitchen, medical station, building station, pikler with a slide, electric car, endless amount of toys, two Playstation 5, board games, telescope, binoculars.
Infants: crib, sleeping nest, baby brezza, nursing pillow, changing table, tubs, jumping swing, carrier bag, silver cross stroller equipped for infant up to 22 kg. Three baby high chairs; Nomi (infant installation included), Hokus Pokus and Ikea.

Soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher pods and most all essentials provided. Cleaning available during stay for additional cost.

Paved walking paths throughout the neighborhood surrounded by lava and moss with small and big innovative playgrounds in between. Pathway around Urridalake is not paved all the way.
