Throughly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, kitchen and appliances were well stocked and clean! The house was well cleaned. Would definitely stay here again! The whole house had a great flow. The backyard was pleasant and has guavas falling in from a neighbors yard, they were delicious. The neighborhood is nice and full of people walking in the mornings. Very safe area.One thing I’d note is I rented through VRBO through Vacasa but then the management switched over to casago so communication wasn’t through the app which was frustrating because prior to the trip I had to contact customer support to get check in details, they did send it the morning of our trip, however that would have been too late to map out our travel!! The management team was responsive but in terms of where’s the broom and what day do the pool and landscaping come, they said they’d get back to me and never did. We found the broom. Landscapers showed up sprayed weed killer which would have been good to know ahead of time, luckily we saw and our kids and dog didn’t go out until it dried. Also one thing to note our rental wasn’t ready at 4, we didn’t get to check in until 5pm. Communication ahead of time would have been helpful for us to know we needed to stop and use bathrooms elsewhere because there was a delay. The manager was helpful and let us know they were wrapping up and suggested getting a bite to eat, I did get a 20 compensation for the ordeal, I just wish it would have been communicated.
