この美しく改装されたペントハウスコンドでは、Olde Marco Innを見渡せます。 12フィートの天井、全天候型の天井ファン、Collier Bayの水の景色を望むラナイがあります。 ベッドルームとリビングルームには新しい竹の床があります。 マスターベッドルームにはクイーンベッド、2つの大きなシャワー付きのマスターバス、テレビ、ベランダへのエントリーがあります。 2番目のBRには、シングル/ツインベッド2台と2番目のフルバスへの入場があります。 このコンドミニアムには、花崗岩のカウンタートップ付きの大きなフルキッチンが備わっています。 リビングルームは竹の床、大きなフラットスクリーンテレビ、新しい家具で改装されました。 Olde Marco Innにはグルメレストランがあり、徒歩圏内には他にも素晴らしいレストランがあり、マルコ島の有名で常に面白いSnook Inn Chiki Hutはもちろんです。

Fantastic place for a short stay in Marco. Loved the screened in (and large) patio…perfect for times in the morning and evening after a day of kayaking or shelling. Great views from the penthouse out the front and the back (the patio).

Great Stay

The penthouse was very nice. It is located ion the Old Marco Inn property. Very convenient to several restaurants and bakery. The balcony overlooks the water and was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Marco Getaway

The property was very clean and well located. In the immediate, walking vicinity there were shops and food options and the overall property was great. The home, itself, was fantastic, offered great views and very spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Photos didn’t do this condo justice. I was surprised by the high ceilings, the architectural detail, and the size of the huge porch! It was a pleasure to sit there in the sun each day. Also very nice to have the restaurants on site.

Marco Island Fun Vacation

We had a wonderful week in your penthouse @Marco Island! Our accommodations were great for 2 couples. The penthouse was very clean, roomy, and convenient to get around the island. The owners, Jan and Dan were very quick to respond when something needed fixing and had someone come to repair it right away. We would definitely stay there again!!

Old Marco Inn Penthouse

Had a nice stay in PH3 for 5 nights. The condo was clean and well appointed. The lanai had good views of one of the canals. The exterior grounds are showing their age, but are clean. Nice location near the Boardroom Tavern, Smith House, Snook Inn and Dolphin Cove Marina.

Loved our Marco Island stay!

This was such an enjoyable stay thanks to this penthouse condo. Great location. Clean and spacious. Jan is a fantastic communicator and offered up great advice on restaurants, beaches and activities. As a family, we’ve never done rental properties before and this stay set a standard I don’t think we’ll be able to match! Kudos to Jan and Dan! 🏝️☀️🌊🏖️

Quick vacation

The pics are accurate. I know marco is expensive but as the place is a little older they could do a few easy things to spruce it up for the price paid. Could use new towels, beach towels, and coffee cups. The patio is the best selling point.

We have stayed on Marco several times and have visited the area repeatedly over the past decade. This was a wonderful rental property! Loved having so much within walking distance, especially The Snook. Bike rental, boat rental, various restaurants. Very clean and nice, quiet area. Only negative was virtually no wi-fi (most of the island) and can't really watch tv as it just cuts in and out. But with everything else to do, you don't really miss it. Would definitely rent again.

Super for Seniors

We were 3 women, ages 70-97. Condo was lovely, comfortable, safe and very accessible (elevator, no stairs inside or out). Handicapped parking right next to the elevator. Easy walking distance -- even for the 97-year-old! -- to restaurants. We also enjoyed meals out on the screened porch with beautiful water view. Highly recommend1

Everything was clean and as stated. Kitchen had needed equipment etc only issue is intermittent internet causing tv to go out 10-12 times a day, which for me is no issue but at night for the kids was a pain. . Still had a great time

Absolutely perfect place.

It has everything that you could want. Very private, plenty of room, great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable and clean beds to sleep in. (I lift all the sheets and check mattress’s for stains, bugs, etc) There’s even some extras left to carry over. Beach towels and a couple boogie boards were there. The pictures don’t do this place any justification. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures make it look. Huge balcony with a couple lounge chairs. There were only a couple of negatives, but it would be more of a mention for the owner to carry over to the cleaning company. Linens and towels were all clean. Floors were filthy though. After walking around in socks or bare feet, the bottoms of your feet were black! And there were some insect wings I’m thinking from flying ants all over the entertainment center and on the floor by the door wall, and on the sheet of paper with codes under the cable box. So they are skipping some cleaning steps. And with the cleaning fee that we pay to help you cover that, it probably should have been a little better. As far as commutation with owner goes, I really didn’t have any or need to have any so I just rated as a three to be neutral. Everything was there. It was easy to get into. Her email to you tells you everything you need to do to get in. Overall I will definitely stay here again. Just have a mop available since we couldn’t find one and didn’t want to ruin any towels to wash the floor.

Comfy and quiet

Such a gem on the northern tip of Marco Island. The beds are comfortable and the amenities ample. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer! Great feature when you pack light. Would highly recommend this unit for small families and couples.

Jan and I are from Crown Point, a small town in Northwest Indiana. We have known each other sense we were kids. We have always loved coming to Marco and bought this condo in 2013.

I have been coming down to Marco Island since 1982 even living here twice. Both times working a the Marriott Hotel. I have always loved Old Marco and when Jan found this Penthouse I new it would be our second home until we could retire here.
