Welcome to your home away from home at this Khunu-Wasi 'Snow House' in the beautiful gated community of Country Pines in Pinetop, AZ! This well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway to the White Mountains.

The open-concept living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, is ideal for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. When it comes time to retreat for the night, both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature ensuite baths, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. Downstairs has a mini-split system for cooling comfort and an EST heater for radiant heat.

Step outside to your fenced-in back patio, a peaceful spot to enjoy the cool mountain air and morning sunshine. Within the community, you'll have access to fantastic amenities, including a clubhouse with a gym, recreation room, swimming pool, hot tub, and sand volleyball courts.

Nature enthusiasts will love the direct access to National Forest trails, perfect for hiking and exploring the surrounding wilderness.

The condo was great. Comfy beds and pillows, reasonable tub/shower, good kitchen. Also, great location. The only negative was the gym amenities. The rec area smelled like mildew, the gym was marginal, and the hot tub was lukewarm. It did have a treadmill that worked fine.

Wonderful Pinetop Getaway

We stayed four nights at Khunu-Wasi, using it primarily as a home base for hiking. The location was fantastic for our purposes - only minutes from trails like Country Club, Springs, Woodland Lake, Blue Ridge, and reasonably close to Greer as well! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the unit offers far more space than my partner and I needed to be comfortable. Vacasa was also remarkably swift in communicating with us to ensure that our needs were met and questions resolved (thank you Taji!). We would very happily stay here again, and are grateful to the hosts for a pleasant trip!
