Amazing house. Very nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Outdoor area was very pleasant. Super quite street/neighborhood.

What a gem in the middle of Mesa. A beautiful, clean and well-maintained residence. Easy check-in and check-out process. Shower had great water pressure. Pool was clean and clear. Quiet neighborhood close to many food and shopping options.

Excellent

As described, a very comfortable home. Clean and well furnished. A little issue with excessive trash on the outside of the building and cigarette buts in the fire place, but was quickly remedied.

Phoenix visit 2025

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had an amazing time. The property was just as listed and we had zero issues or concerns the entire stay. My son has made his permanent residence in Mesa so I’m sure we will be visiting the area multiple times a year. We definitely will be booking our stays here. I even bought my grandkids a few pool floats that I left behind. I assumed I would be using them again in the near future anyway. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Stay vacay

It was a beautiful home! There was some stuff like not having enough trash bags, toilet paper, also the thermostat kept going to 80 plus degrees on its own, we wanted to enjoy the pool more but the vacuum was in the way all the time.

Spacious Clean Quality

This home was very clean and spacious. Only used the pool a little but it was very conveniently located near our four events we had for my sons wedding, as well as only about 22 min from the airport. (probably either Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway....we used Sky Harbor). I'd definitely stay hear again if I need such a location. Thanks to the owners and great communication from the property managers.

Perfect home away from home.

This has by far been the best experience through VRBO. The house was exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The outside pool space was very inviting. They had all the pool toys, and towels needed. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. There are spices available for cooking. All the cooking tools, pans, and appliances. We truly thought every room was decorated and had intentional details to make you feel at home. It was like a home out of a Mayfair commercial. A great clean, decorated, stocked home away from home. This was a girls weekend away and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Just my husband and I getting out of the last winter storm in Montana. The pool was still chilly and the volume on TV wouldn’t go above 16 … we could hear the commercials but struggled with dialogue in shows so we found something else to do. All in All it was fun

Clean and comfortable

Home was spacious and clean. Pool was very cold. No chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing. No pool toys at all. Had some basic spices, but no coffee. Neighborhood was ok, house is off a busy road but pretty quiet. Overall was a nice place but would love a heated pool, chaise lounge chairs and some floaties for the pool.

Very Nice AZ Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The quality of the house and the backyard were amazing. Lots of room for relaxing both inside and out. Fairly quiet with some traffic noise as the house is on a corner lot. Backyard offers lots of privacy though. Location is close to main freeways so easy access to various areas no matter where you want to go. Neighborhood seemed to be in bit of a rougher area but no issues were experienced. The house was very clean and the beds super comfortable. We slept very well. Master bedroom is a good size but the other 3 bedrooms seemed on the smaller size. Not an issue for us as they were for our kids, but may be an issue if it were couples using them. We discovered on Day 1 that there were no pool towels and sent a text requesting them. We received a call on Day 2 letting us know some would be dropped off. This never happened and after several requests we simply gave up. Not great service that way, but we did have some extra bath towels. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely recommend this rental.

The house is very nice. It is recently renovated and clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Daniel’ Danielle, the property manager, was very responsive. Pool is very nice.The check-in process was the only negative. The company did not respond to messages until we arrived in Phoenix, despite repeated attempts.
