Offering a private hideaway in the heart of town, this complex features two lovely outdoor pools with waterfalls and spas (heated year-round), a 24-hour fitness center, covered picnic areas with gas grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a clubhouse. It's also the perfect location for getting out and about - less than a mile from the Tom Fazio-designed Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club, one mile from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, and a short stroll from shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

From the bright, open floor plan to the contemporary furnishings, the condo comes perfectly suited for family comfort. The private balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee. The impressive full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to handle round-the-clock meals and snacks. Spend your evenings streaming shows on the living room smart TV. Complimentary WiFi and central air-conditioning are provided as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Per the HOA rules, no large vans, RV's, campers or commercial vehicles allowed to park on site.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Nice cozy unit, not the cleanest but better than last time!

Love the quiet space, management could still do better as it has missing outlet covers and bathtub paint is peeling away, and our feet were black from the carpets I guess they are really dirty.

We will address the carpet cleanliness immediately to ensure it meets our high standards. While we typically do not provide outlet covers in all homes, we will discuss the bathtub issue with the owner to seek a resolution. Nice home with management problems, bathtub/shower finish is flaking off.

Location is great and house is cozy, furnishings are so-so but acceptable. (Cheap, but clean.) Most of our problems have to do with poor management. Also those with kids, be aware bathtub/shower paint finish is flaking off.
