Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite slab counters, a dining table for four, and a cozy living area with a smart, flatscreen TV (be sure to bring your Netlfix account info). This home also comes with a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay. And outside, fire up your gas grill and dine at al fresco in the California sunshine. On-site, this community offers 20 refreshing pools, pool spas, and hot tubs. Dine in and enjoy drinks at the clubhouse with our discount code while tennis, pickleball, and golf are also accessible for an additional fee.

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is six miles southeast, where you can walk the trails and discover a wide variety of native flora and fauna. The famous El Paseo Shopping District, just five miles southeast of the condo, features a wealth of high-end shops and is considered to be the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert. If you're a golf enthusiast, you've come to the right place, with championship golf courses awaiting in every direction. Nice desert escape.

This place was perfectly located in Palm Desert. We are a family of four with two young kids. This was a nice place that was comfortable for all. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home Away From Home!

We really enjoyed our stay! We would love to return! Very conveniently located! Close to the shopping and near freeway access. We didn’t use the community amenities but they looked great. Public Pickleball courts nearby. Property managers were responsive and helped address minor issues/questions.

Enjoyed our stay but....

In general the property was just fine, we love the location and the golf course. A few disappointing things were, the towel bar in the main bathroom fell off (it has been repaired a few times, apparently not properly), screen door does not close porperly (front door), knives in the kitchen very dull, the mattress pad in master bedroom was urine stained, no cutting boards in the kitchen, shower fawcett in main bathroom leaking

Disappointing

The property we stayed in was deficient in a number or areas. No cabinets in kitchen for food storage. Broken curtain rods both screen doors deficient. Overall the condo was cheap looking and needed attention. Would never stay there again.

Nice 2 bedroom, good location

It was a great location, close to alot of stores, etc. I'd rate this higher but there were so many broken items( outside chairs, umbrella, inside chairs, for screens that all feel of no matter how many times we put them back, tv in bedroom, plus.....) It just needs some TLC to bring it back. Bandwidth for wifi is slow. I'm sorry, I wanted to like this place Fix

The property was okay. The people in the unit next door paid significantly less per night. There is a cabinet on the wall in the narrow hallway that I hit my head on. I hope the owners will considering moving it. One other problem was that there are tacks sticking up where the tile meets the carpet. Needs repair. The beds and bedding were wonderful. I

Weekend stay

We loved the condo, and the place was kept up beautiful. Everything in the condo was clean and great, us four friends really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I suggest is the bed, the sheets and that plastic lining were not comfortable, I get you want to protect the mattress, but maybe just get a waterproof mattress cover that has material over the plastic, and please, sheets aren’t that expensive, more softer sheets would make a huge difference and make you sleep better, not like your sleeping on sandpaper. Also plastic hangers are not that expensive compared to the store ones you get for nothing, and other bedroom had no hangers at all😕. Other then those two easy fixes the place was perfect, I would stay there again definitely!

I believe we were the first VRBO users of this property. The wifi info Vacasa gave was not correct but we figured it out when I found the router. The TV in the master bedroom was hooked up wrong but I fixed it. The TV in the 2nd bedroom has no signal and is not connected to the cable.I hate cheap toilet paper. I have no expectations but things you may want to look at for future users.

This place needs one thing. Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance!!!! Between the hole burnt in the comforter, the worn out pots & pans, the ridiculous patch job for the towel rack in the bathroom, the wires hanging from the bottom of the bedroom TV, the severely cracked wood trim leading to the guest bath, the beat up front door jamb, the broken BBQ door, the almost impossible to turn on shower fixture in the master bath, the nail strip between the hallway and master bedroom (others have mentioned this in previous reviews), I guess it was OK. Oh yeah, don't try to shower in the guest shower because if you hang the shower hose & fixture as it should be, it will spray water right over the shower door. We won't be back. I hope the owners’s are not aware of the condition of their property. If they are, shame on them.

The owner is aware that the property needs some work, and we are actively working on repairing these items. The towel rack was repaired after previous guest damage. The homeowner is installing new carpets. The BBQ door is under the grill and the BBQ works completely fine. The door isn't broken just hard to open and close- it doesn't require a new BBQ. We will inspect the property on our next clean to confirm the other issues reported and will resolve them with the homeowner. We are committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience and will take all necessary steps to ensure that the same issues do not occur again. Tired and Outdated

Friendly check-in staff, good location and a comfortable bed are really the only positive things I can say about this unit. I remember reading in a previous review that the carpet tacks were sticking up through the carpet leading from the bedroom to the tiled hallway and also at the transition from the tile area to the carpet in the living room and was surprised that this safety hazard still existed upon our arrival, but found that this was consistent with the aura of the place (ie: worn out carpet, cheap furnishings, ugly window coverings that were dragging on the floor, oversized and soiled upholstery, unattractive wall art, a personal plaque with the owners names on it, etc.) . . . in a word, tacky. Emailed checkout instructions were in conflict with the printed instructions located inside the property. There was a key marked "Laundry", but no diagram or instructions to tell us where the laundry was located. No site map of the property to direct us to where the pool and hot tub were located. I was able to find it because I saw two young men dressed in swim attire walking between two units and figured that they were probably headed to the pool. Just glad that we had a very busy schedule and didn't have to spend much time in the unit as it is in need of a total refresh and update.

Tack strips and with a bad a** bidet’

Place was fair at best, dated comes to mind? Last minute short trip for spring break Little expensive? Dealt with it! My report: The main bathroom (not a master bath since it is not connected to the bedroom) Poor Band-aid remodel. The Shower was poorly resurfaced it had chips in it. Holes in the wall where the towel rack had fallen or been ripped off, several times?(Patch the holes, paint, and find a stud to screw into?) The Toilet kept a beat, I believe it may be due to the funky 1980’s as seen on TV style add on Toilet Bidet’. We had to wiggle the handle to make it stop! Grandmas Bidet’ in a VRBO scary!! We dealt with it? 2nd: Replace the flooring! When we arrived my wife and I kept stepping on the tack stripes between hallway and bedroom, not sure if was due to older carpet or what, but we kept stepping on it? Our solution we put a mat from the bathroom over it, problem solved! (We thought?) 3rd: Management company sent me an email for carpet damage? This must be some sort of trick/scam? They sent me pictures of dirty carpets from hallway to bedroom and in living room. We had a rug on the threshold to the bedroom, due to the tack stripes we kept stepping, there was absolutely no outline of the rug on the carpet that had been there for the whole stay! We are super clean and don’t wear shoes in our own home! Stains were already there or not existing at all? Old carpet! The issue was Not cause by us, I was insulted! Bottom line: Take pictures when you arrive and when you leave! Don’t forget damage insurance if issues like this happen? Feel free to reach out if you have any questions? That is all Jim
