Full of sunshine, this adorable Tucson, Arizona stay is truly a dream. The outdoor space is private, lush, and plentiful inviting you to lounge by the unheated pool or chat at one of the outdoor seating areas. There are plenty of hiking trails and grocery stores conveniently located near this home as well as attractions within 12 miles of the property, including Saguaro National Park East Side, Pima Air & Space Museum, The Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, Rincon Mountain Visitor Center, Gaslight Theatre, Morris K Udall Park and Recreation Center, the Arizona National Golf Club, and Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley. The Tucson International Airport provides great convenience to and from your home base and is only a 15-mile drive away.

Upon first entrance to this home, you'll feel embraced by the coziness the space has to offer, while still appreciating its modern flair. The ultra-comfortable sofa in the living area beckons you to enjoy a movie night while the adjacent back patio provides the ultimate indoor/outdoor living feel. The beautiful kitchen is large and great for the chef in your family to cook in. It boasts gorgeous finishes, plenty of gathering space, and lovely views to look out at while cooking. Guests can take advantage of a desk area for the perfect quiet space for work. Here, you can also utilize the exercise mat and provided weights and yoga mats for a workout session or two. Here’s the tightened, polished version with those points folded in naturally: We really enjoyed our stay overall—the house was very nice and comfortable, with just a few small issues that could be easily remedied. We loved that the home had four bedrooms, and the open living space was very nice and worked well for our group. The backyard was also very pleasant, and the location was convenient and well-situated. The mini game table was a great touch, and we enjoyed spending time playing pool. One issue was the motion-sensor light in the back bedroom near the garage, which seemed to turn on and off throughout the night and unfortunately triggered the neighboring dogs to bark, making sleep difficult. We were also disappointed that the pool could not be heated, even as a paid option. Lastly, the pillows could use some attention—they were either very firm and oversized or extremely flat. Addressing these items would make an already nice rental even better.

Liked the location and seclusion. Had cheap quality pots and pans, no sponges for kitchen cleanup. Choses that location because of the spa, but pool man told us the owner didn't want anybody to use it.

Good time in Tucson

Our family enjoyed our time in Tucson. The house is open concept so with 5 adults and 3 small children we could spend our time together enjoying the pool and sleeping arrangements worked out well. We all said we would return again. There were a couple of issues that we reported, hopefully they will be addressed.

Great Tucson getaway

We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and found this place last minute but it was perfect! The inside was clean and neat. It was simply decorated giving it an at home and nice hotel feel at the same time. Our dog loved wandering the large backyard and the pool was loved by our kids. We would definitely look to stay in this home again if we need to hear back to the Tucson area.

Clean, Spacious. Amenity Discrepancy

We used this place for a girls weekend. We picked it because of the heated pool and spa seen in the pictures. We were disappointed to arrive and not find it heated. We reached out and were told it must be requested 72 hours in advance (but it doesn't say that on the website.)

Treated Horribly

A jacuzzi is in the picture inside the pool. It was not hot. At the end of my stay after trying repeatedly daily, I speak to a person who tells me that the jacuzzi isnt listed in the amenities so they dont service it and would not give a discount. I only booked it for the jacuzzi. COULD NOT GET A HUMAN RESPONSE until my last day there. Vents were covered in dust, baseboards not clean, very out dated appliances. No TVs in any bedrooms.

Dirty pool

We were so excited for our stay unfortunately when we arrived there was a not so recently deceased bird at the back door and the pool was dirty and full of debris. This prompted a call to customer service who basically was like oh sorry we’ll reach out to the local team. Great … they did but until I requested a discount or refund on the 2nd afternoon we didn’t hear anything but we’re working on that waiting for a response. Once I asked for a discount I was offered 50 dollars and told to take care of the bird and clean the pool myself. We did take care of the bird and did the best we could with the pool. The dark slime at the water line was just gross. The house has birds in the outside shades making them un usable. The from porch at some point had 2 trees or cactus’ apparently they didn’t make it so they removed whatever was there left the stump and hole, creating a trip hazard. Some of the blankets on the beds had holes in them and it has been a minute since the couch has been swept under. The house could be very beautiful but is in need of some care. It made us wonder what other short cuts were taken.

awful experience for my family

I had to call and clarify that I was able to stay on the property as I never received information to get the property. (Waited on the phone for 20mins) It is advertised as heated spa and pool. I got there and it was not heated. I live in Tucson already I only rented for the heated spa and pool to relax. did not receive a reimbursement for this. the couch also smells like feet and so do all throw blankets. the shower does not have a door, so the water went everywhere. there are also no condiments/ coffee available

Nice area, roomy house

Upon arrival, check-in was easy & I even got a free early check-in message. For the most part the house was clean & stocked with the essentials. We did find a baby’s sock hidden in the couch cushions & the living room wasn’t well swept. The amount of rooms made it comfortable for my family which was nice. The concept of the master bedroom was not liked as there was no door or at least a curtain for the bathroom to have privacy. The master bedroom door had to be closed when someone used it so others knew not to go in that room. The house was cold & we couldn’t get the heat to warm the house even with the thermostat at 74, since that was as high as it would go. We would not have minded it staying at 74 if it would have thrown out heat to warm the house. The water even took about 10-15 minutes to get warm. We were also very disappointed that we couldn’t swim or use the hot tub. The ad says the pool is heated but was freezing all day and it says the guests cannot adjust the temperature. Called to report the pool temperature, the pool vacuum as well as the hot tub being dirty and cold. Vacasa called me, stated they would go out and check on it. Then they stated the hot tub was not working and we couldn’t use it. Never was informed about the pool temperature issue. Every morning the jets were on so not certain why it couldn’t be used. My kids were disappointed that they couldn’t swim. The cleaning fees includes the pool too but doesn’t need cleaning since we couldn’t use it.

Not enough essentials

Pros- The home, pool and yard are beautiful!!!!! Cons- This is the first rental we have stayed at with out none, if not very little of the essentials that we have received at the many,many other rentals we have stayed at. The kitchen utensils were very sparse, their were absolutely zero spices!!! Wehave never had this happen a a rental. We were there for 5 days and only given 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. Zero facial tissue. Only one roll of paper towels. 2 garbage bag's. Only 2 washer pods for laundry. To us these are essentials, we know that these things are not promised......but this is the first time that this has ever happened, out of the 15 to 20 rentals we have been in. K8nda of sucked, because we didn't expect that. The beds are super uncomfortable. The patio furniture is absolutely trashed and falling apart, not usable at all. The master bed room shower doesn't drain, this causes the bath room to start flooding, because it's a roll in type of shower. Over all this place is wonderful 👏. It's just a shame that a few xtra hundred or even thousand dollars, would give this property constant 5 star reviews! Spending that money to upgrade this property is a drop in the bucket considering what we alone spent!!! I'm certain this property makes 4 or 5 times the mortgage, if their even is a mortgage.Upgrade for five star reviews or keep it this same for 2,3,and 4 star reviews 🤔

Pool is UNHEATED so unusable for our stay. NO Grill. (we could see it locked in the garage) Would have been nice to have one to really enjoy the outside space. Floors had not been cleaned before our arrival.Host company was unresponsive to several messages. I had to call them to get check-in instructions the night before our arrival.No dish cloths in kitchen. Outside trash was completely full upon our arrival.
