This 2BR/2BA golf course community condo offers a pool, spa, and a clubhouse mere steps from your door. Take in views of the mountains and the greenbelt from your patio. When it's time to head inside, modern decor and furnishings complement the updated kitchen and baths.

Your rental at the Palm Desert Resorter offers a prime spot for checking out the tennis tournaments at BNP or the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. It's also a dream come true for the golf getaway you've always imagined.

LIVING AREA

The condo's sun-soaked open-concept living area is detailed with a plush sofa and two modern armchairs. Gather for a movie night on the 60in smart TV, or enjoy appetizers before dinner on the patio with a view of the golf course pond.

KITCHEN & DINING

Spacious tiled counters make meal prep a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen.

When it's time to eat, gather at the polished wood table for four.

BED & BATH

Your single-story condo sleeps up to four guests in two expansive bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed on a stately iron frame along with a 32in TV and a quiet desk area. A tub/shower combination and a double marble vanity can be found in the en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two comfy twin-size beds -- the perfect spot for friends traveling together and kids. The guest bathroom features a marble vanity and a large walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out to your backyard for pond views and mountain vistas. Relax on the Adirondack chairs or sun loungers, and fire up the grill for a vacation cookout.

The complex's sparkling pool and spa are steps from your door. Spend your afternoons teeing off on the fairway.

EXTRA AMENITIES AND MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include garage and driveway parking for four cars total, plus complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

While there are tennis courts available on-site, membership fees are required for guests to access this amenity.

Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Great getaway destination

We visited the Palm Springs area to compete in an Ironman event. We brought my parents along and the house was very comfortable and great spot for relaxing. Nice clean condo!

Restful, convenient, & attractive condo duplex w/many water birds

Our 4-week stay in this very comfortable, attractive condo home was very relaxing and enjoyable. Palm Desert has something to meet just about every need with lots of good restaurants close by and in Palm Springs. Many movies in the area too. TurnKey has been great to work with. We once again enjoyed our stay in this condo next to a small lake bordering the golf course. The bird watching was great -- even saw two white pelicans as well as herons, egrets, cormorants and the many ducks. We loved the new curtains that the owner had installed -- so much easier to work with than the vertical blinds! A very comfortable place! we liked the condo we stayed in but there were several problems the master bath did not drain after the third day and we had to take showers in standing water , the shower floor was very slippery and my wife fellwe had an incident that the doors to the bathroom and second bedroom locked and we needed to call a locksmith it cost $115.00and I would like to be reimbursed This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Staycation in Palm Desert

Palm Springs in July is a scorcher but with this beautiful home and pool its just what we needed for this family staycation. Home filled with all of the amenities, washer & dryer and garage. We spent our early mornings sitting on the back patio that is located at the pond and on the golf course, watching golfers go by. Close to tons of restaurants and stores that are open at this time. Target, Albertsons, Walgreens, TJ Maxx are only a few miles away. Carbon monoxide issue

Had major problems with this unit had carbon dioxide issues the people there from vacation that was supposed to fix it were lazy did not show up horrible

Bird lovers paradise

The setting is the BEST in Palm Desert Resort! From the patio, you will have a pond with birds—-egrets, pelicans, herons, swans, American widgeons, etc visiting every day! Across the pond is a fairway, so lots of fun watching the golfers. The condo itself is roomy. Lots of windows and great views. Beyond that there is a dearth of furniture. The rental needs more lamps throughout. The furniture is scanty and tends to be cheap—no dressers in the whole house. The beds are good so sleeping is comfortable. The place needs a repaint and the windows washed. The kitchen is dated, but serviceable. Cooking pans need to be replaced. Even with all that, we’d go back, for the birds alone. Good, but.........

Overall I give our stay was great. The condo is well appointed with a couple of exceptions. It sits on a wonderful golf course that we truly enjoyed and the neighbors were all so friendly. Two huge issues. One THE MOST uncomfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The floor might have been softer. We didn’t get much sleep while there. Also, the sheets were so old they were pilling and no dresser in the master bedroom. Finally the condo sits right next to a very busy street and you hear a lot of traffic especially at night. Great location, very clean. LR smells like cigarette smoke.

Hi, we had a very nice stay except for a few problems. My friend and I went to shower before dinner and when we both were drying our hair in opposite bathrooms, we blew the circuit breaker. I went to flip the unmarked breaker outside. None looked tripped, so had to flip all; which blew the Wi-Fi. Reset that multiple times, but there was a secret switch in little bedroom. Turnkey did send someone next morning to reset breaker and Wi-Fi. Definitely a stressful time. No renumeration for our trouble, or request for 11:00 check out was given. Living room smells like smoke- not the bedrooms. Maybe it is in the rug? But it is definitely inside smell. Bad outdoor furniture. But yes, we had our moneys worth. Palm Desert Resorter Condo

This condo was in a great location. The back patio faced a large pond and on the other side of the pond was a fairway and green so we could watch the golfers go by. Beautiful mountain views beyond that.The condo was very clean and the resort had a club house and nice restuarant. The reason I gave it a 4 star was the following: WIth such a beautiful setting on the back patio, there needed to be some chairs and table. We had various guest stay with us over the month we were there and we actually went to Walmart and bought a table and then we would bring the dining room chairs out to sit on. We played cards and had many meals on the patio. The day we left I gave the table to a friend who has a condo there. Despite it showing on the website that there was supposed to be a flat screen TV in master bedroom there wasn`t. A more comfortable couch would be a nice touch too. This is the first time we used Turnkey and were very happy with them. We would stay at this condo again if it had the items i have listed. I played gold on this course and most all of the condos I saw had lots of patio furniture and some had fire pits.
