Comfortable and clean with an east-facing pool, this Palm Springs vacation rental offers tremendous views and lots of space to relax and unwind. Maintaining its original character while having been fully restored with modern amenities, gas fireplace newly installed, custom lighting, updated kitchen and baths, large windows, and french glass doors that let in year-round sunshine, this home is a great choice for your next Palm Springs getaway. Outside you'll find a family-friendly backyard, fully enclosed with lush green landscaping, palm trees, hedges, citrus, blackberries, a beautiful pool & spa, and breathtaking views of the gorgeous Palm Springs mountains to the west. The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a 55' HDTV, and a cozy fireplace in an open concept great room. The dining room is casual and comfortable, with seating for six and the adjacent living room offers additional seating and a desk area. The chef-inspired kitchen features tile counters with a modern artistic backsplash, so you'll be sure to find everything you need to prepare wonderful meals for friends and family.
Located north of downtown Palm Springs, this lovely retreat will offer a bit of peace and quiet while still being mere minutes from all of the action. Simply drive along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find a plethora of restaurants, attractions, boutiques, and more, less than two miles from your front door. For a bit more action, the hiking trails in the area will spoil the outdoorsy members of the group. Plus, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park can offer even more scenery and adventure for every type of guest to enjoy.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The property was absolutley beautiful. Lots of great books and amenities. Very quiet and lots of green grass for our pup. The owner and Mo went above and beyond. We.want to come back in the sping so we are already looking at our calendars.

Just perfect!
Greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Quiet, convenient, tastefully furnished, in a great neighborhood only minutes from downtown. Comfortable, with everything you could want or need, and an authentic old Palm Springs vibe. Beautiful mountain views outside, mature grounds with fruited orange trees and hummingbirds! Hope to come back.

Nice and clean and cozy
Love it, perfect location near the tramway, beautiful views of the mountain. Not modern home but very lovely and well maintained landscape.
Also, vacasa responded very promptly to any issue. We will definitely come back.

A Relaxing Oasis
The house and yard were well kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The HVAC worked perfectly in the heat-wave that happened while we were there. The pool was a welcomed relief from the heat; and we used it day and night. We loved seeing all the wildlife that were attracted to the vegetation in the yard. We also appreciated the easy access to the Palm Springs restaurants and shops from this property. This was an excellent place to stay in Palm Springs.

Wonderful 1930s Spanish bungalow, vintage Palm Springs
This is a gorgeous Spanish bungalow on a beautiful, well manicured lot. Extremely comfortable, relaxing, and well furnished. Be advised that if you want to use the spa, you must schedule heating service 2-3 days in advance of arrival. I think this policy should be clearer on the welcome email and more prominently placed on the website, as this is a very important detail.
Overall, a truly wonderful property that speaks to Palm Springs’ storied past, and one that I’ll return to in the future.

Charming bungalow
The house itself had every amenity you would want. The decor reflected the era of midcentury and earlier. Finally, the place was pristine and clean. I am disappointed though, that I was told there was a daily charge of 73. for the pools, after I paid the second payment. That is over 400 I didn't expect to pay. So I just enjoyed looking at the pool. Please be upfront after I invested all this money.

Nice Casita
Stayed for a week here while visiting Palm Springs area. Too cold to swim or use the pool.
PRO’s: lovely grounds, nice house, quiet neighborhood about 7 min drive to downtown, decorated nicely
CON’s: terrible lighting-couldn’t find any good reading light in the house, warm water in bathroom sink takes 3 min to come on-really?-there is even a sign about it, this should be fixed, there is a window above sink so mirror was hung to the side on wall so shaving makes a mess on the floor, house is in north Palm Springs which is very windy so makes it much colder when you are trying to sit outside.

Beautiful home and garden
This place is really quiet with great facilities, pool and garden. There is easy access to the pool from different rooms which means you don't have to go the long way round if you want to get to the kitchen or the bedroom. The a/c is super efficient (cold even) in the kitchen, less so in the bedrooms but still good enough. The pool guy was very polite but seemed to turn up on none of the days advertised in the brochure or Vacasa website which were different. Not a big deal but this happens in a other Vacasa places too and needs sorting out. A small thing is that there are notices up saying what not to do (like bring wet towels into the house from the pool). This is perfectly reasonable but the stickers on windows about it are a bit institutional and off-putting. All that aside, I would recommend this place.

Great house, do NOT rent through Vacasa/VRBO
The house itself was great overall. Super private, beautiful yard, great pool, great location. I will never rent through Vacasa/VRBO in the future.
We woke up to no power on a 97 degree day and it was out for the full day. I had to stay with friends for the day because it was unbearably hot. Over the phone, they offered to turn on our pool heat mid-trip and cover the charge for that day because of the inconvenience, then they ended up charging me for the entire trip and didn't respond to my emails about why I was charged for the full trip. (It's been 10 days and I haven't gotten a response still). Again, beautiful house, terrible service.
Note: I called two weeks early to ask if payment was required to heat the hot tub and was told no, just the pool. The day before my visit, while checking in, I was informed I would have to pay to heat the hot tub as they are connected, but the deadline had already passed so it was no longer an option. I ended up getting pool/spa heat turned on as an apology for having no electricity, but was charged for the entire trip, even the days where I didn't have the pool heated. It was really frustrating dealing with customer service.

Hot tub worked first time we used it but subsequently was only 81 degrees and not 100’degrees indicated by property managerWe requested refund of extra charge for pool and hot tub but never received a response. Just a caution on hot tub if you plan to use it. Otherwise stay was great and property quiet and clean.

Quiet Island in the Desert
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The house was well appointed and had most everything we needed for our stay. There was a binder full of information about the house, as well as many tourist brochures with maps that had information that you couldn’t find on-line…very helpful! We enjoyed sitting outside in the large, quiet backyard. It was very peaceful and a nice place to relax after a day of hiking. We felt very at home here. Thank you!!
