Make your way to this comfortable, first-level condo in an ideal location at the top of the Foothills. This family-friendly condo boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four for mealtimes or game nights! You will also enjoy a cozy living area with all new hardwood and tile floors as of Fall 2024, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and a large, shaded patio. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, outdoor hot tub, and tennis courts. This condo is less than a quarter-mile walking distance away from upscale shopping and wonderful restaurants!

This is the perfect area to stay but the living room furniture needs to be updated badly.

Great stay in the Foothills

We have stayed in this complex before. This was the first time for this unit. The unit was nicely finished with a walk-in shower for the master bedroom and hardwood floors throughout. The patio faces east so afternoon relaxation and reading are great. A bonus is this unit has cable with a DVR which most units now days don't. Another nice perk is La Encantada the shopping center with many fine restaurants and AJ'S fine foods which makes the best frappe's we have tasted along with a great bakery.

Top of the Foothills

Within walking distance of the La Encantada shopping mall. There were many good restaurants in the vicinity, a couple you could walk to. The smartTV was a plus and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and pots and pans. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Unfortunately, this is an older condo with poor sound insulation and with residents living above we could here walking, etc all the time. Probably wouldn’t rent here again.
