In this ground-floor, single-level condo. Inside, you'll find central AC and white stucco walls to keep you cool all summer; outside, there are two balconies (one off the living area and one off the main bedroom) with commanding views to take in year-round. The enormous primary bedroom also offers a private entrance and a full sized kitchen.

The main living space features exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful decor inspired by the Southwest. The adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a breakfast bar for two. After a day spent perusing the local art galleries or hiking in the neighboring mountains, you'll sleep soundly in an expansive bedroom that includes a TV (with streaming capabilities) and a desk workspace.

Tucson getaway

We will definitely be back. The unit is spacious, clean and has everything you need plus the view is incredible. The Catalina Foothills are beautiful with great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Clean, spacious and spectacular view!

We had a wonderful time and would stay again if we return to Tucson. The place was clean and well-decorated. The kitchen had spices and dishwashing soap.

This is a well appointed, very spacious condo with 2 huge balconies & incredible mountain. top views of Tucson and the foothills! It’s one of the best deals in the foothills, with pool access to the anazing Skyline Country Club!

Beautiful View

The space was very modern, clean, and comfortable. There are two separate patios where you can take in the sight of Tucson down below. Loved it, recommended.

Upon arriving at the gated community for a scheduled check in that was verified, I was denied entry by security at the gate. This resulted in a delay to my rental and caused embarrassment, as the interaction occurred in view of others. The situation was unexpected and avoidable.

Snowbirds in Tucson

Lighting. In bEdroom and living room was deplorable. For what we paid a king size bed should have been there as well as a chest of drawers for non closet clothing items. The gate keepers at the Skyline Country Club were never briefed of our pending arrival time by Vicasa. Other than that it was great!

Great place

I loved the location. It was quite with great views. Well supplied with everything I needed. Check in at the gate did not go smoothly even though I provided my information and filled out the needed forms. This has been mentioned in other reviews as well. It was a bit of a hassle and traffic backed up behind me. It turns out that I had access to the pool and gym, but not for club dining. That was embarrassing to be told that when I showed up for a meal. I’m not sure if this was described anywhere. If it was then must have missed it.

Location, location, location...

Beautiful expansive views from living room and bedroom. Serene and quiet day and night. The decks are great place to sit with morning coffee and for meals, and for a sparkling night time view of Tucson and the stars. Very close to Saguaro National Park East, Sabino Canyon and Catalina State Park and others. Quick drive to supermarkets etc. Highly recommend Saguaro East Park and Sabino Canyon. If into art right down the road on Swan Drive there is the fabulous Degrazia Art Gallery and old school/old Tucson adobe buildings. Only very minor note is that kitchen could use some serving/mixing bowls, and bedroom could use another blanket/comforter for warmth at night (very minor "complaints.) Otherwise great experience - highly recommend.

Awesome Gem!

This place was surprisingly great! The inside is redone with new, chic furnishings. The bed is great, the choices are nice throughout the condo. The view is INCREDIBLE! I was on a staycation from across town while work was being done on my home. Dang I’d trade for this view any day. It is truly awesome - better than many of the 2+ million dollar homes’ views. The facilities are great - clay tennis courts, pool, etc., and I ate at the country club bar more than once and it was also surprisingly good. I even had the filet and would order it again. You can walk to the country club over a romantic bridge from the casitas - you don’t even have to drive. Basically, I’ll definitely come back if I ever get a chance, and will recommend this spot to all my friends who visit and need their own place. Def check it out!

Too much fumigation

Evidence suggested that I was being fumigated with environmental pollutants at this property per photos and from how sick I felt. Don’t know what else it could be from given I have a positive environmental pollutants test that discloses some really nasty things that have been found in my body from the misuse of air in indoor facilities to actually harm someone and this place I was sick and have photos of what such nasty pollutants did to my eyes and face. Disappointed

The property has a great view of the city. The kitchen was nicely done. Unfortunately, the furniture looked better than it felt. We found the stools for the hightop table uncomfortable. The sofas were stylish but not comfortable. Also on repeated occasions it was difficult for our guests to visit us in the community even though we had followed the directions and left their names with the folks at the gatehouse. A better process is needed for that. Last, there is not good storage for clothes in the bedroom. The closet is mostly filled with the owners items and no dresser is provided. This property might be okay for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer. There are too many hassles with it.
