While you'll have access to a variety of resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis center, golf course, and pickle ball courts, this property is also set within a few miles of several must-visit attractions including multiple parks, the Palm Desert Aquatic Center, the Desert Holocaust Memorial, and the Indian Wells Golf Resort.

This sunlit villa features cool tiled floors, tastefully decorated living spaces, and all the amenities you'll need for the perfect vacation. Whip up all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and then meet up for meals in the adjacent breakfast nook, beneath the sparkling chandelier in the dining area, or outside on your furnished and shaded patio where you'll also find your very own gas grill. Back indoors, gather in the main living area, switch on the fireplace, and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts.

This home also includes cooling central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a great location. The home was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and we made great use of the pool facilities. Definite 5 stars for that! We did have some difficulty with the check in process as the property management company did not have my identification I provided prior to arriving which required us to drive to their office. It turns out that on our day of check in they were transitioning to a different property management company. There was a lot of confusion. Hopefully that is settled now. We did not require any help from the management company during our stay so cannot comment further. However we would still recommend this lovely home and would stay here again in the future .

Fabulous Rental House in Desert Falls

The house was exactly as described. The facilities at Desert Falls Country Club were great for us, because one of the requirements was the ability to play pickleball, and it offered 20 courts. The community of people was fantastic to be amongst.

Comfortable, convenient, and all around great!

We all loved our stay! The condo is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and the pool and hot tub are just steps away from the unit. The pool was warm enough for my kids to swim even though the outside temperature was in the 50s on our first day (I stuck with the hot tub). One of my kids is now a fan of the board game Stratego, thanks to it being available in the game cabinet. We also appreciated the proximity to Ralph’s and plenty of nearby restaurants. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Fell in love with Desert Falls in Love condo.

Desert Falls is a very well kept development, with lovely clubhouse, tennis/pickleball facilities available to renters, and great golf course. The condo easily met expectations and more, with mostly new furniture, lovely beds, a quiet environment, and our own hummingbirds just outside the kitchen nook window! Swimming pool almost in the back yard, along with lemon, olive, and orange trees ready for plucking. Gatekeepers and clubhouse staff all very friendly and accommodating. I want to come back soon!

Great home

This home was perfect and so lovely and well appointed. The pool and hot tub are just steps away from the back patio which was great! The master bedroom is huge as well as the bathroom. The second bedroom and bath were also well appointed. The third bedroom had a half bath down the hallway which was perfect. Plenty of laundry soap if you needed to do laundry! We did have an issue with the water and a coffee pot. We called on the weekend and they were quick to resolve the issue. The only reason I gave a 4 star was I inquired about adding a night and crickets from the owner. VRBO was helpful but couldn't add the night for me.
