The second suite presents a view of the shared pool and charming courtyard and offers Bermuda shutters for ensured privacy. You'll also be close to the Coachella and Stagecoach shuttle!

Two loungers on the front patio make days of sunbathing poolside your daily reality. Find world-class golfing and spas within a convenient drive. When you are not enjoying delicious local fare, utilize the sparkling kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and a large island. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly as described. It was clean and plenty of space for two couples. The location is close to several restaurants. We would stay here again.

Stagecoach Retreat

This is our second time staying here for stagecoach music festival. House is really conveniently located in a nice, walkable neighborhood and close to the Albertsons shuttle stop. Spacious and perfect for 2 couples. We will definetly be back next year!

Pro’s: Great location! Nicely decorated! Beds were comfortable! Cons: House cleaning needs some work! Floors were dirty (my feet and socks were black) Hood above the stove filthy! Surfaces in master bath above toilet dusty! All remote controls need new batteries! Kitchen pans in desperate need of replacement (scratched and dented)!

Nice retreat

My experience working with Vacasa was poor. Very unresponsive and uncommunicative leading up to the stay. They routed me to a different property manager. The pool was not heated as advertised but it was too cold to swim. The internet and connection was poor as well

Superior location

Great spot, walking distance to lot. Overall very very good. We found out the hard way the washer didn’t work. They fixed it but not till end of the stay. Dryer didn’t work very well either. Dishwasher needs to be looked at, dishes didn’t get clean. Larger bathroom shower has no water pressure. I mention all these things because then owners/property management can address. Love love love the location.

From the moment we walked inside

From the moment we walked inside this lovely home the vibe put me at ease. Quaint, homey, but not a museum I’m afraid to sit down in. Clean, clean, clean! I appreciate that! Clear instructions regarding checking in and out. Nice appointments and extras, like laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Dish soap, and a stocked kitchen with plenty of stuff to cook with. ROKU TV was having a bit of trouble, in the living room due to some connectivity issues with the internet, and problems with the ROKU sticks. My son just swapped out with one of the bedrooms. I’m sure the management will address this immediately. The outdoor pool is lovely. Warm, 85F degrees each day we went in. Clean and clear. Surroundings were pleasant. We would definitely consider this property again when returning to Palm Springs. Off street parking. Very comfortable experience.

Good but not great

Pros: Very close to shopping, golf, and restaurants in Palm Desert. Great for walking to coffee and going out to eat. The kitchen was nice. Cons: The property is fairly strict in that you're not allowed to move the temperature above or below 76 degrees whether it's Winter or Summer. We had to fix the kitchen faucet knob because the knob kept falling off. You're also not allowed to smoke outside the property. We like to smoke cigars but couldn't. They ask that when you leave the property, you must clean and wipe down counters like we should be the one cleaning and preparing for the next guests? In the master bedroom, we found a dead roach and cigar wrappers behind the bed. The TV in the living room and Ruku didn't work. We had to switch off the Ruku in one of the bedrooms with the living room to make it work. Parking rules were confusing. Initially were were told we'd have one covered parking and one non-covered parking but once we got there, we found out it was first come first served.

Property great, communication with management marginal.

First of all, the property itself is in a perfect location, a five minute walk to El Paseo. It is nicely remodeled, and, with a few exceptions, well maintained. Could use some new pans, wouldn’t cost much, and the disposal was only working occasionally, even after a repairman came twice. Roku not my favorite TV, but we didn’t come for watching TV. Neighborhood very quiet, great walking everywhere. We have done any number of rentals in Palm Desert and Palm Springs and really we like this area. So what is the problem? Vacasa was the problem. Never have I had such a hard time communicating with a rental company or an owner. They easily took our payments, but calling to get the simplest information from the Local Office was difficult. Either no one answered, or you couldn’t even leave a messages because the “mailbox was full”. One day I called several times, and never got through. These were just simple questions! I am glad it wasn’t a serious issue. I also tried the 800 number, and they would either tell me what it already said on the website, or else didn’t know the answer at all. I also got conflicting information from one office or the other. At one point the local office told me to “simply ignore the texts and emails that I had received from the corporate office”. Really? Ignore the check-out info?So I am torn. Would love to stay again, but there are lots of properties from which to choose, and with different managers. But is the hassle worth it?
