This spacious upper corner Palm Springs condo will be just the place to call home on your next sunny getaway - even the family dog can join in on the fun! With plenty of living space and a large covered outdoor patio with your own private BBQ grill, everyone will slip into vacation mode in no time. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen which is large in size than most condos. A nice separation of the bedroom from the rest of the unit gives you a comfortable home which you can also entertain in! The dining area seats four comfortably for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy the outdoor seating area and take in the outstanding Palm Springs weather as you relax. Just outside this vacation condo is a shared pool and jacuzzi where you can take an invigorating plunge and soak up the gorgeous Palm Springs sunshine. Chaise loungers and outdoor dining areas surround the pool!

Don't feel like driving? Hop on to the popular BUZZ bus and it will take you to the popular and famous Palm Canyon Drive. Be sure to walk to the famous Riviera Hotel and enjoy the full-service restaurant and bar. With so much right at your fingertips, you might not even need your car when you stay in this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
