Absoutely beautiful, quiet property. House is at the end of a street on a circle, with nothing bordering the backyard except trees and a couple friendly owls that serenade (quietly) all day. Pool was used extensively - even in April. Home was extremely clean and nicely appointed. Nothing bad to say about it!

Great House at a great location

We stayed here for our anniversary. We were mostly interested in the trails, lakes and Salt River so our time was spent enjoying the outdoors. In the evenings we enjoyed the pool at the house. It has a very nice outdoor patio and we loved the location. It's in a neighborhood, but it was quiet and at the end of a culdesac so it felt very private.

Excellent

Property was lovely and well equipped. A few small things we could have used: more hooks in guest bath, matches for candles, instructions how to use fire pit and outdoor heater. Also, the pool was freezing!! But we LOVED the whole experience!! Well done!

Great House except the Swimming Pool

House was very clean inside. Great floor plan which we all enjoyed. Unfortunately the swimming pool was dirty with stagnant water that was an unhealthy to swim in. We rented the house because of the pool and the weather being hot. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool and the Vacasa team did not follow up are concern for over 24 hours and then did nothing.
