Take a well-deserved break at this comfortable and classic condo tucked away in one of the most sought after parts of Scottsdale! Step through your front door and ascend the stairs into a sunlit great room boasting a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six for meals or fun family game nights, and a cozy living area with a gas fireplace and a Roku-equipped flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Outside, kick back and relax on your covered and beautifully furnished balcony - the perfect spot for sipping cool drinks on hot summer days or viewing evening sunsets. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, heated pool, outdoor hot tub, grills, and a first-class fitness room.

The Kierland Greens complex is located right next to the Westin Kierland Resort and Golf Club, and within walking distance of Kierland Commons where you'll find several restaurants including Postino Kierland (wine bar), Zinburger, Morton's, Shake Shack, and Grimaldi's Pizzeria, plus a number of upscale shops. This property is also just three miles from the Mayo Clinic and conveniently close to various Sonoran biking and hiking trails.

Short golf trip

The property is located ideally near shopping, dining and many golf courses. Very quiet inside the property grounds. This unit is very cloae to the pool so that was a plus with the high temperatures during our stay.

Loved this place! Enjoy walking to Kierland Commons & The Quarters. Had an issue with bathroom & they were there promptly to fix it. We will be back for a 3rd visit!!

Great location

This unit is right across and a few feet down the street from the pool, which is lovely. The interior space is open and big. The only negatives are that no garage door opener is provided which is quite inconvenient and the carpet is stained and needs replacement. The kitchen storage area is great and it is very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

Perfect location in North Scottsdale hotspot

What an incredible stay at an ideal location. The place has a cozy feel upon entry making me feel right at home. The porch is fantastic, overlooking the pool and hot tub across the road. Definitely used the grill and dined poolside a few nights. Didn't use the gym as much as I would have liked (ha!). What I love about this place the most is you can just walk to the Westin, watch the golfers, check-out the lazy river pool and stroll along a laundry list of shops and restaurants. Having 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks was also convenient. All-in-all, it was the perfect location in North Scottsdale

Great location to everything pool to ourselves

What a fantastic place. Just a quick walk across the street to the pool. Minutes to the outdoor mall in Scottsdale. Place itself was great. Roomy bedrooms updated kitchen big family space. Loved the balcony in front to enjoy a nice coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening. We had are 3 kids with us and they cannot wait to go back. 5 stars across the board. Also had a lot of kids toys, pool toys and a crib in the garage that can all be used which made traveling here a lot easier. The pool is great and has misters all around. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves all week.

Best Bang for Your Buck

This is the best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything is in walking distance. If you are a diehard golfer you can literally walk over to the Kierland Western and golf in one of Arizonas top 5 golf courses. You are in walking distance to Safeway and Walgreens. You literally do not need a car to experience some of the best culinary restaurants and popular shops. The condo is so incredibly clean. Absolute perfect for a family or someone traveling on business. The amazing pool is situated literally in front of the condo. It was the highlight of 2022. I highly recommend checking out this phenomenal area. You will not be disappointed.

Great location

Loved everything about this condo except for the fact that the front gate code that we were given was wrong. A kind person let us in so we could get to the condo. We were not given the garage code either. Luckily the next morning I was able to call somebody who helped us by having Joe call us with all the codes we needed to get in and out of Kierland Greens. Thank you Joe! The rest of our stay was great!
